The Truth Movement: Finally, Lost in Space

I agree that it's not a new development. But there is an interesting parallel between the truthers perception of the NWO (as a convenient tag for the perpetrators of various conspiracies) and God.
Both work in mysterious ways. Neither is ever actually seen. Both are all-powerful. Both leave clues easily interpretable by the faithful. Indeed, so easily interpretable that anyone who disagrees with the interpretation could only be part of an active opposition to the faithful.
The one difference seems to be that the religious take comfort in the belief they're sheep, and the truthers take comfort in the belief everyone else is.
That seems to have only a slim relation to the thread, and seems like something you've been nursing for a long time. May I suggest a LiveJournal?

Indeed it just occured to me that a variation of this would fit the 9/11 conspiracy group quite well.
Satan did it!

Satan caused 4 airline crews to fly their aircraft into structures or into the dirt.
Satan caused the global destruction and almost complete loss of life in the WTC towers.
Satan caused the 'explosion' in the WTC basement levels when he rose up to begin tearing apart the towers. He caused the basement and elevator shaft fireball as he rose up to the aircraft impact floors and he caused the 'explosions' reported on other floors. He is invisible and therefore no one witnessed Him tearing apart columns. He is all but omnipotent and could easily destroy, even pulverise, or dustify, core columns and concrete.

It fits so well and explains everything so perfectly I cannot envision why I did not see it before,,,, unless of course, Satan was blinding me and so many others to the Truth and God himself has now cleared my vision and I now see clearly.

Also, neither is able to produce evidence of their existence, or even what their existence means for the world.

What I mean by that is you can ask a faithful how the world would be worse if God didn't exist, and never really get a straight answer. You can also ask a Truther how the world would be better (or even different at all) if the NWO didn't exist--as I myself have done on multiple occasions--and never really get a straight answer either.

So basically, the NWO is invisible, omnipotent, omniscient, mysterious, leaves clues easily interpretable by the faithful, and apparently doesn't actually do a damn thing because not even the faithful can agree on how the world would be different if they didn't exist. Read my links if you're doubtful--Truthers were unable to give a coherent answer to the simple question of "how would the world be different without the NWO".

To be fair, that just shows how unimaginably crafty the NWO has been.

I'll help them out:

"There would be no need to cover up all the secret stuff that we have no way of knowing about."

So is it time to demote "9/11 conspiracy" from an entire sub-forum section to a thread or two?

Sounds good to me. I've pretty much run out of things to say, mainly because the people I'm trying to debunk have run out of things to say.

I wonder if there's an official process to put such an issue up for discussion among the appropriate mods and admins,...perhaps as simple as a thread over in the forums management groups?

Just so no one is confused, claiming that OMG WTC7 $P33DovGR@V1T33 is not new. Claiming that "so many" debunkers exist suggests they're all tools of the Guvernmint is not new. And claiming that it's so obvious all they have to do is repeat themselves, how can we resist the Truth, is not new. All of these memes are years old, and were barely worth notice when they first arrived.

Truthers, can you not read the OP, or can you not understand it?

Your time is running short.

Yeah, about that funeral. Myriad is bringing the roses. You, I assume, are doing the laudatio. What else, Curley doing the belly dance? Ronald Wieck and Perry Logan as Grabjungfern? Who'll be the cleric, an undead Gravy? Oh, i'm sure it'll be a hoot. :)

Dunno about a funeral; the state of the 9/11 conspiracies, or at least the majority of them, fancy's a tale similar to Death Becomes Her... as I've made reference to already. Conspiracy theories pretty much get immortalized; whether they get the attention they demand or can provide substance is another matter separately. The "decay" is the stagnation of claims, immortality is merely granted by the fringe supporters that remain pretty much till end...

How's it coming with a fresh investigation? Nothing succeeds like success.
