Red Rocks

There's only a couple more spots in Red Rocks. If your name is on Hutch's list, it DOES NOT mean that it is on my list. I looked at his list, but I don't know how to correlate everyone's real name with their forum names. To be on the official Red Rocks list, you must PM me or send me an email at Evelyn(at)randi.org. If you have any doubt, please email me ASAP. Registration for the tour will be closed very soon as I've gotten a huge response.

Actually, I just checked my email and the last spaces for the Red Rocks tour are now gone. Only begging and bribery can get you a spot on the tour now :-).

I propose that we change the time for the Peppermill to 6:30 pm on Thursday. We don't want to crowd up against the poker tournament.

Or even earlier. The poker players should be at the poker room in the Stardust by 7:30-7:45pm, so even 6PM is not too early to start (after all, people can be in and out of there).
 
The problem is that the reception goes from 5--7pm. I think the poker tournament should be moved back to 9pm. It doesn't seem right to schedule extracurricular activities on top of official ones.

Turns out we have no choice as to the time of the tournament. So the Peppermill is at 6:30, the poker tournament at 8:00.
