My personal opinion how to solve this problem is:

Israel should give up their oppressive stance and rather focus on making peace by supporting Palestinians to establish their Palestinian state due to economical support, construction of infrastructure and giving up on military advantages concerning territory and fly zones.

This way the Israeli Jews and their supporters would be the most loved people on earth in a long run.

Jerusalem should be governmented by an organization that represents Christian, Jewish, Islamic and non-religious entities. Of course, Jerusalem could be the Palestinian and Israeli capital nontheless within a shared capital city.

Religious and militarily-biased Israelis give up on the Westbank since it doesn't further the peace process but threaten Israels future.

Terrorism of Arabs will vanish over time if Palestinians confess to establish an anti-terror coined Constitution.

Iran will fulfil it's promise to support the Palestinians even after they chose to live in peace with Israel in the name of peace for the Palestinian state.

Any further suggestions for peace?

Have Palestinians not had numerous opportunities for statehood?

On what basis should Israel "give up" military advantages against a territory representing a terror base that originates aggression against Israelis?

Palestinians must:

My solution: Move the oh-so-tolerant Germans to Israel and the Israelis to Germany. Since the Germans would never oppress anybody, the Palestinians will be happy and the Israelis will be pleased as they will gain a country with a higher economic standing than their own.

I beg to differ. That was the highly flawed ruling (non-binding, by the way) issued by the ICJ whose president was from China and whose other justices were from Egypt and Jordan, not exactly great bastions of human rights and none in a strong moral position to judge Israel. In other words, YAAAWN.
