He is back to posting on the other board about the million still being there. Silly me, I thought his temporary silence meant that he finally realized that the jig was up. We'll probably see him posting on here again as soon as he screws up enough courage.

Firstly, there is NO (And I mean Absolutely NO) Good Faith clause in the agreement between myself and the JREF. It is not contained in the application or the FAQ in any way!!!!! ( If you see one please let me know :)) Check both the application and the FAQ!

Secondly, there is absolutely NO EVIDENCE that I violated this invisible clause!
Jeff Wagg presented no evidence at all. NOT A SHRED OF PROOF!!!!
There was no hearing or anything of the sort. A Kangaroo Court, if you will.

Thirdly, who has the right to end someone's challenge other than through the existing challenge process? Either I succeed or fail. No "Good Faith" BS. And Jeff seemed to say that Alison was instructed to do this and Alison say's Jeff did it.
Who actually has the power to be Judge, Jury, and Executioner ... (Who is actually responsible) here in the good old USA? And where exactly is that written in the rules? Please show me?

This is why everyone says the JREF MDC is a Sham. Stuff like this. It makes Skeptics look real narrow minded if not totally closed minded.

It makes the JREF MDC look totally rigged.

If someone disagrees with Jeff Wagg then they are thrown out. WOW!

The definition of discussion INCLUDES disagreement!

If even ONE of these points is valid (And I've got More) then the termination of my challenge goes against all of the JREF's rules and regulations!

Then wait of the paint to dry! Keep giving rope! Figure out that weeks is a measure of time not of physical length! Start building some gallows that you thought you were looking at waiting for people to hang themselves on a tired metaphor! And when that doesn't work, throw out another yelling, rambling, incoherent rant in a bid to get more attention! Do your best to get the thread locked!

Apart from your extreme unwillingness to actually discuss a protocol, and the various statements you have made which (shall we say) appeared to be somewhat disingenuous. If this is evidence of incompetence or stupidity rather than bad faith, I apologize.

ETA: and then, of course there are your repeated claims that the challenge is a sham, and your repeated insinuations that the money doesn't exist.

Of course, it may well be that you are unable to recognize that your own conduct amounts to bad faith, but you will not fool any impartial observer.

It's all in black and white in this forum.The reasons you were kicke doff the challenge is nothing to do with disagreeing with Jeff Wagg,more likely to do with the slanderous accusations you were posting and the fact you couldn't put a protocol together whenever asked to.

QUestion:WHo do you think cares about all these rants? Believers? Doubtful. A few Magic Cafe members? Maybe.

The only thing the professor succeeded in doing was calling attention to himself. He shouldn't take any satisfaction from doing that. Many people on this site truly would love to see proof of psychic phenomenon. Anyone who shows sincerity that they think they have ability gets attention. Mocking others desire to see that someone who has a belief in their ability gets a fair shake has nothing to be proud of.

I can post on a weight loss site and say I'm 300 lbs and am going to die if I don't lose weight. I'm certain posters will flock to support my goal of losing weight. I can ask help in what is the right diet and I will get feedback (no doubt, some of it conflicting). I can engage the diet minded people in all sorts of research for my fictional problem. I can manipulate the dieters desire to help me by saying I'm losing weight, oh but now I'm gaining. I can later mock the dieters by saying you losers should never have believed me in the first place because I was never sincere. I was just having fun at your expense.

But if I did that who would be the true loser? The people trying to help me -- or me, the ass who told people I was sincere about a subject I truly wasn't sincere about?

Well, you're close. What you should have actually said is that there is NO (And I mean Absolutely NO) agreement between yourself and the JREF. You tried applying for the challenge, you were rejected. End of story.

Incidentally, did you just admit that you weren't applying in good faith? OK, so we all knew that already, but do you really thinking being that open about it is going to help your case?

You are going nowhere with your statements - the contextual nature of which have been explained to you over and over - and you are only deluding yourself further by pursuing the path you are on now.

There is no shame in admitting to having been wrong. Your behaviour has stopped being funny. It is now plain sad. Seriously sad.

I certainly don't remember predicting an immediate backlash. I do however recall "prophesising" that there would be an eventual backlash. I hope you can appreciate the irony that in your above post you condemn us for our prediction...and then go on to further fulfill said prediction.

Who cares? Some dude nobody's heard of couldn't (as so many others before him) even produce a protocol to get to the preliminary test, and is now complaining that he was treated unfairly. tl;dr. NEXT!
