Penultimate Amazing
My understanding is that the supplements enterprise and the InfoWars brand are both still in play. But I don't know if I'm remembering that correctly.
Kind of, the supplements sold from his store would be, but he has switched to telling people to buy them from his fathers store that sells the same things and not the one owned by Infowars, making that store much less valuable. The infowars store would be part of the sale but I seriously doubt it is doing much business as he has been making it clear that his dads store is the one people should buy from now.My understanding is that the supplements enterprise and the InfoWars brand are both still in play. But I don't know if I'm remembering that correctly.
Not in any ruling I have heard about. It really should have been but Alex is apparently to slick for the bankruptcy courts. Like how he gave his truck to his father and now his dad lets him use it.Wasn't that ruled as some attempt to illegally avoid or minimise bankruptcy?
Very belated update... that proposition was denied by a judge in February.![]()
Infowars sale could be near as feuding Sandy Hook families reach deal on dividing bankrupt Alex Jones’ assets
The disagreement helped scuttle a previous auction of Jones’ Infowars company, after the court-appointed bankruptcy trustee decided to sell Infowars to the Onion for $1.75 million with the Connecti…nypost.com
Families who have sued Alex Jones over his false claims about the Sandy Hook massacre have resolved their disputes on how to divide the bankrupt conspiracy theorist’s assets, clearing the way for a sale of Jones’ Infowars platform, attorneys said at a Monday court hearing.
Yes.If I read the article correctly, it seems that the Judge won't consider the assets Jones clearly fraudulently transferred to his family members, making any significant payout unlikely and lot more litigation probable
(Emphasis, misspellings, and subject-verb disagreements as in the original.)Judgment Debtor Free Speech Systems, LLC owes, jointly and severally, $1,288,139,555.94 under the Connecticut Families' Judgment. There have been no applicable credits, payments, or offsets.

The Court also FINDS that the Judgment remain unsatisfied; that Judgment Debtor Free Speech Systems, LLC owns property that is not exempt from attachment, execution, or seizure for the satisfaction of the Judgment; and that Judgment Creditors are entitled to the Court's aid in reaching Judgment Debtor's nonexempt property to satisfy the Judgment.

The Court also FINDS that the Judgment is final and remain unpaid.
Alex Jones is furious.
It sure perked me up.I knew today was going to be a good day.
How can you tell?A receiver has been appointed.
Disclaimer: I am not a lawyer.
It is my understanding that while the judgement against Alex Jones remains in federal bankruptcy court (having been converted from chapter 11 to chapter 7), the case against his company has been moved to a Texas court. On Wednesday, 13 August 2025, that court ruled against Jones and his company (Free Speech Systems, LLC) and appointed a receiver:
(Emphasis, misspellings, and subject-verb disagreements as in the original.)
The court identified the "Turnover Property" and named a receiver. The order "creates a receivership estate wherein all of Judgment Debtor's respective Turnover Property shall be held in custodia legis by the receivership as of the date of this order." The court order enumerates 18 specific things the receiver has the power to do. On my reading, the receiver basically has total control of Free Speech Systems, LLC and can sell off its assets.
This decision is a large step toward selling Jones's company to The Onion, as desired by the Sandy Hook families.
Alex Jones is furious.
Good.Alex Jones is furious.
Damn right.Good.
With what money? Was that money subject to forfeit on this judgement? Then the replacement studio is gone too.Jones already built a replacement studio
