I've never heard it that way; interesting! In my church(es), it was always used the way RT suggests. Christians and non-Christians should not be married, as it will cause friction and strife and could lead the Christian to reject God to make hir spouse happy.

'Course, there was plenty of friction and strife in my former household of two Christians, so once again, that "wisdom" fails.

That's an interseting theory, Delphi. There's just one problem with it. It STUPID. Most stupid theory I ever hear.
