As some may be aware, I was tried unlawfully in my absense in my presence at Norwich magistrates court, and in my absense fined for apparently obstructing a ****stable in the execution of it's unlawful duty.

Obviously I made no attempt to pay the £315 odd fine that was dished out, and the court decided they'd deduct £5 per week from my "pocket money" for my insolence.

Laughably this means it will take over a year for them to get their money, which is only pretend currency anyway.

Despite this I'm doing what I can to block this order and make it fail, in a vain attempt to see if they'll actually try and send me to prison for 7 days, which will enable me to get enough new socks to last for a year or two, absolutely free.

Anyway, I'm not really up for giving them even £5 a week of their own money, let alone mine. So I've been looking into how exactly these people are taking money from our "employers" directly.

A few weeks ago I got a letter stating that the court had "asked" for a deduction to my persons benefits.

I've made a few phone calls about this, and basically asked them how/why they can do this without my consent or the consent of my person, bearing in mind THEIR data protection act.

THEY have agreed that both THEY, and they court are bound by this ACT, so I've asked them to write to me explaining how on earth its LEGAL for them to give the magistrates any information about my person, let alone my persons money, without some kind of signed data protection consent form.

Apparently I must wait upto 10 working days for my written explanation.

I sincerely hope that this course of action my assist in the civilized war against the corperate magistrates companies, by cutting off a large portion of their revenues.

I'd be grateful to hear from anybody who has sucessfully blocked attachment to benefits/earnings orders using methods other than the well known stocking up on tins, and signing off, and then back on again, which amounts to cutting off ones nose to spite ones face.

Well I don't consider a summons to be anything more than a flyer inviting me to sit in the audience at the local circus, and marketing flyers are somthing that seem to plauge anybody who utilizes a letter box from time to time.

However in this day and age its a bit rude for equal human beings to be going about the place summoning one and other...

Interestingly, the poster JB linked to stated that the "people at the jobs centre" have "stopped taking deducations from my persons benefits" - in the UK, isnt the "jobs centre" the unemployment office?

The ultimate irony here would be if this guy is using FOTL to rage over a court taking money from his unemployment welfare, which he didn't earn to begin with, but yet is some how entitled to as a non-person.

Prison = Free Socks.
That would be another FMOTL success and slap in the face for the Government then.
 
yup.. he's claiming state benefits alright, all the "employer" nonsense is his way of saying the state is his employer.

I don't know much about prison life, just how many socks would you be allocated in a week, would you get enough to last two years and most importantly, are you allowed to keep any socks you get given in jail? If that's his plan I'm not sure he's thought it through. Or is his imprisonment a ruse so he can gain access to the prison laundry, steal a great number of socks and smuggle them out when he's released? :confused:

He must believe he gets a clean pair to put on every day, unfortunately by the end of the week this numpty wouldn't be able to get his shoes on. :)

It also says a lot about the guys hygiene habits if he thinks 7 pairs of socks are going to last him two years, but then again just Youtube "freeman on the land" and take a look at the results and then type in "Bumfights" , theres not a lot in it.
 
Why does he think that the Data protection Act willstop the court from deducting from his Jobseekers Allowance? An attachment of earnings trumps the data protection act.
 
The very fact that his claim and entitlement to jobseekers allowance allows the government to use his data as it sees fit seems to have eluded him somewhat.
 
I still cannot get my head around how anyone can believe that this all-powerful secret conspiracy keeps leaving loopholes that would serve no purpose other than to confound their plans.
 
I think the image they'd like to project is that no matter how diabolical and all-controlling the worldwide conspiracy against them is, the Footles are so clever, they can beat the wicked government at its own game

I don't think most observers perceive them that way, though.

They have to, it's in the rules when you take out an 'Evil overlord' Franchise.

It's covered in Chapter 12 of their secret manual; "NWO Guidelines on Evil Tyranny" under the heading "How to hide the fact that all Governments are Corporations in a rather efficient Manner."

I've always found Chapter 12 a little boring.

My favourites are Chapter 3, "How to train commercial pilots to fly in a convincing pattern so as not to bring attention to their Chemtrails",

Chapter 7, "Flouride - The Mass Killer they will never find out about",

and Chapter 9, "Why painting our helicopters black makes them practically invisible"

Agreed but Chapter 18 "HAARP Success Stories" is way out of date, for example, it doesn't include the Japanese earthquake, Donald Trump or this Friday's Royal Wedding.

Whilst I wish the happy couple all the best.... they are making my rl very much hard work. Even my missus is getting excited about a Royal Event and that, I can assure you, is decidedly odd.

There's a relevant TV programme on right now.
A street tries to do without council services for six weeks, with the community doing the work and budgeting.

I predict bitter chaos by the end.

I can imagine them wading through 150tons of dog crap.

Now, because of where I live, I have to go watch "The Scheme" which was shown in place of "The Street" on our daft version of BBC1 :P
