FOMTLism is indeed first and foremost about principle! The principle however is constituted by many small "petty things". After all FOMTLism IS the stickling of principles!

Considering the initial fine my case was certainly a petty thing.. the time I put into dealing with it would have paid the the ticket many-folds. But it is all about gaining experience, growing a thick skin (very important!), having legal cases to point back at, and riding the principle!!!

There is another thread about FOTL victories.We have yet to hear of one,unless you count fines,prison sentences and loss of property victories.

I'm not going to repeat myself anymore...I said many times that it does not matter how things are going to work. What matters is - and thats to me the highest moral principal - how things cannot work...for reasons I've posted many times.

"Point is" that as far as the law is concerned there is no distinction between you and your "corporation", because you are a natural person. the concept of a "corporation" is a legal concept enabling a non-human entity such as a company to be a legal entity. It is not relevant to natural persons.

Now I am confused again. When you say your corporation, are you implying that you own a company and the company car was involved in the speed incident? Also, why exactly is wanting to know who was operating the vehicle considered word play?

Are you claiming that a human being cannot drive a car? Anyway, I was asking you in English: were you driving the car?

I'm pretty certain that as far as road traffic offenses are concerned, it is the person actually driving the car who is held responsible. Whether it is "private" or "commercial" is not relevant, so naturally no distinction is made.
