please can anyone help

voda pass me to d,c,a ..i send them a template letter from this site asking for copy of my credit agreement,letter also contained
something about owning credit ageement and the rights to credit agreement quoting sections of c.c.a....
their solicitors have sent me this letter...

BALANCE OUTSTANDING : £712.13

dear sir or madam
we have been instructed by direct legal & collections on behalf of vodafone ltd to take necessary steps to recover the outstanding
balance as shown above
our clients ask that you either contact them direct by telephone on 092939838r82466 or by writing to them at direct legal & collections,
buckingham road,brackley,northants,NN13 7DN,.if you do not make full payment or reach agreement with direct legal & collections within
seven days legal proceedings may be commenced without further notice.

in the event of a judgment being obtained, we shall seek all fixed costs and fees which will be added to the outstandig debt

I have once been pestered by a collection agency.
Telling them that I did not have a dog named shadow, had not lived in the town in question at the time, and did not know said town had a veterinary hospital worked eventually.

Its true though, getting into the mind of a FMOTLer is a VERY scary place.

Now, you see, this I don't get. This guys apparently believes that the entire system of courts is some kind of huge scam, made up and supported by lies and fraud.


So why the hell would he believe the Judge as to "where the Bar" was?!?!?!
 
Fair point. It's a hot drink with a repellant name. We americans have never lived with the troubles, so it's more or less abstract. :usa:

Of course they are on the run as the numbers of people soar who are invloved in "Truther" sites. Ssshhhh! Not being a fan of terrorism at all, just to make that point clear. I consider what you are doing is saying you disagree with terrorism? Yes? Okay, then! We can move on for a moment playing devils advocate.

If one day you heard a knock on the door of your house and upon opening it you found a group of people pushing you out of the way and they moved in! You told them you didn't like what they had done and you appealed to the Police and the highest "Court" in "The Land" and the court did nothing.

Question 1: Would you react Paul and if so in what what way?

Question 2: Would it not be better to ask yourself why would it be okay for an invading army to terrorise anyone in the first place saying that by, "might is right" and you will do what we now tell you taking homes and land, raping and pillaging as they went?

Question 3: Would you like a new univited member of your household to take your wife up your stairs and do what he wished?

It would be really great Paul if you could answer all these questions!

No sidestepping...... just 1, 2 and 3.

The court would do something, as these new arrivals would be in violation of the law.
 
But the court didn't. The British are still occupying land! You seem intelligent, please comprehend the points made!

Perhaps it would help if you would elaborate on the thing your analogy is supposed to represent.
 
British in Ireland = someone else in your home. You go to "The Court". They do nothing. The British raped and pillaged = An unwelcome visitor takes your wife to do as he pleases.

"The Court" allow this to happen. Do you take "The Law" into your own hands and defend your rights = (some say this is terrorism).

FFS don't be an apologist and answer the question now!
 
Are you talking about the fact that part of Ireland is considered to be a part of the UK? If so, how is this unlawful?
