Merged The election was stolen/rigged!

Wake me up when we actually have a disenfranchised voter.

Wake me up when Robert even acknowledges the fact that in a precinct where 100% of the vote went one way, that if there were a percentage who did not vote that way, that those persons must know their vote was not counted(or changed).

RObert tell me why the GOP is not taking issue with the Election results nor screamng blue murder about fraud.

So far you have not provided any eivdence that is plausible to back your assertion.

No, you don't get it. The GOP are RINOs. In fact, I suspect that in RP's world, everyone who professes to be a Republican, other than RP, is a RINO, because they lack sufficient ideological purity.

No. But i"m sure Acorn or Jim Moran's son could help you.

No. Acorn could not for the same reason you cannot. It can not be done.

I could maybe impersonate one or two people. That is it. So what do I get out of that crime? Two more votes! That's it.

Wow. In order for what you are alleging happened to have succeeded millions of people would have had to collaborate to commit this crime. I sincerely hope that does not sound plausible to you. Where are the millions of people who showed up to vote only to be told that someone had already used their name to vote?

Highly disingenuous, Robert. We covered this. Actually Patrick Moran would be the last person you'd want to consult on the subject of electoral fraud, because it's clear in the video he doesn't know how to do it and isn't comfortable with the idea. At first he thought O'Keefe's undercover scammer was just proposing a get-out-the-vote proposition. When the confederate sprang the proposal of someone impersonating these hypothetical non-voting citizens in order to cast a vote in their name, Moran's tenor changes dramatically.

Further, the actual details and strategy of the proposal are being furnished in large measure by the confederate, and Moran is only going along with it reluctantly. The confederate lays on the schtick, amping up the emotional appeal. But in the end it's not clear Moran actually broke any electoral laws because he didn't actually agree to help the confederate or endorse or authorize the plan. What he did, of course, was exceptionally unwise, and the campaign was right to remove him. However, what O'Keefe's confederate did is possibly illegal and is being investigated. Solicitation of fraud is a crime.

Oh, I get it. Moran was merely conducting his own personal sting operation.

Oh, I get it. Moran was merely conducting his own personal sting operation.

Please highlight the sentence that you think suggests this.

You are repeating history Robert. Remember how in the JFK thread you would suggest the Warren comission had to be a cover up as it conflicts with your opinion? Or how the state of hawaii has to be lying about Obamas birth record? You seem to mistake your suspicions and dislikes for evidence of wrong doing.

Oh, I get it. Moran was merely conducting his own personal sting operation.

Kindly stop trying to put words in my mouth, Robert. Deal with the argument I actually made, not the one you wish I had.

Amid all the nonsense you've spewed in this thread, you hold up O'Keefe's undercover conversation with Patrick Moran as "absolute proof" of voter fraud. You consider it strong evidence, however you're unable to deal with the fact that the only unlawful conduct proposed was proposed by O'Keefe through his confederate, not Moran. The investigation has so far failed to find any way Moran broke any laws, although both parties agree his actions were questionable and unwise, and therefore unsuitable for a national campaign.

And if we look at the rest of O'Keefe's almost desperate efforts to make a case for Democratic voter fraud, we find a long string of failed sting attempts, doctored evidence, and clearly unlawful activity on his part, such as impersonating an actual living person "just to get the story." Such desperation and dishonesty shows only how difficult it was in the 2012 election to find improper activity among the Democrats.

What about the other side?

A shop owner notices a car pulling in back of his store. On his security camera he watches the driver throw a bundle in his Dumpster. Curious, he retrieves the bundle and realizes it's voter registrations for Democrats. If their registrations had been destroyed, as was the driver's intent, those voters would not have been able to cast ballots on Election Day. He notifies the police, who trace the vehicle and determine that it belongs to an employee of a company hired by the RNC to conduct voter drives. Subsequent investigation reveals a systematic pattern on the part of this RNC contractor to prevent Democrats from voting or registering to vote. Arrests are made, as this clearly violates the law.

Do you see the difference? Moran is not known to have engaged in any unlawful or questionable activity but for the enticement and entrapment of a muckraker. RNC-controlled operatives were purposefully engaged in deliberate unlawful activity of their own volition. They didn't require being enticed.

In addition to an absolute dearth of actual evidence, you are faced with the fact that the only significant unlawful electoral activity known to be committed in the 2012 federal election was committed by people either working for or sympathetic to the GOP. And thanks to your handwaving of the 1982 consent decree, the readers here are aware that the RNC has, in fact, been trying to win elections this way for at least the past 30 years.

Hmmm... 15 days & still none of the people who voted for Romney in these areas have come forward to say their vote wasn't counted. Why do you think the reporters at the Blaze lied Robert?

Was The 2012 POTUS Election Rigged?

Not the winner or loser aspect.

Just the idea that the red states are so middle America makes me wonder how they could vote for an obvious elitist who has treated workers as fodder?

Republicans like to vote against their own best interest?

I mean that would be an answer if you accept the idea that Romney only views workers as fodder.

Not the winner or loser aspect.

Depends what you mean by 'rigging'.
There were some efforts made by Republicans to cut down on the Democratic vote by making it more difficult to vote, but these efforts apparently had limited success.

More successful were efforts to Gerrymander states through the redistricting process, which was done by both parties in the states they controlled. This advantaged Republicans more than Democrats because Republicans controlled more states in 2010. Republicans were able to retain a majority in the House of representatives even though more Americans voted for Democrats in House races.

Gerrymandering is a kind of legal rigging in which incumbent politicians choose their voters instead of the other way around.

United States House of Representatives elections, 2012WP

House Democrats won a narrow plurality of the nation-wide vote,[5][6] but House Republicans were able to retain a solid majority due to their advantage in the congressional redistricting process following the 2010 United States Census, and because of population distribution and many Democratic votes concentrated into urban and minority districts. The last time the majority party in the House was unable to receive a plurality of the popular vote was in 1996, where the GOP kept the House for similar reasons.[7][8]

The Republicans will retain this built-in advantage until at least the end of the decade. If Democrats are lucky maybe things might change after the 2020 Census.

Nurses Cast Ballots for Vegetables

From: Washington Post

11/27/2012

"Voter fraud helped President Obama win reelection." -- Virginia Attorney General Ken Cuccinelli

"nurses cast ballots for vegetables in nursing homes."

"... in the states where voter ID is required — photo ID — Obama lost every one of those states. He can’t win in a state where photo ID is required. So clearly there’s something going on out there. And until there’s a way to have something done about it, ... the other side just says, ‘Oh well, you’re just poor losers.’”

"Obama did not win any of the four states — Kansas, Indiana, Tennessee and Georgia — that have what the National Conference of State Legislatures classifies as “strict” laws requiring voters to present photo ID. He won four — New Hampshire, Michigan and Florida and Hawaii — that still call for photo ID, but with loopholes. In Florida, for instance, someone who does not present photo ID at the polls may still vote by provisional ballot, which will eventually be counted if the signature on the ballot envelope is later found to match the signature in voter registration records."

"During the interview, Cuccinelli bemoaned the fact that state law does not give him authority to initiate voter fraud investigations. He can only take up such cases once they are referred to his office by other officials."

"Virginia law doesn’t allow him to open investigations into election irregularities on his own."

Robert , really?

During a Nov. 20 interview, two WMAL radio hosts discussed alleged instances of voter fraud that they said they’d heard about via email, one of them claiming that nurses had cast ballots for “vegetables” in nursing homes

Is that your acceptable level of proof?
Someone heard about an e-mail?
I notice you "mine quoted" it in your post, do you really think people are not going to read your links?
Dont judge others by your standards.

And stop reading stupid articles drummed up by racists.

So, in states that vote Republican they voted Republican and Obama didn't win so that is evidence of fraud?
