Tax and Spend--in fact, I'll embrace that. I want the government to tax us, and then spend the money on what we vote on. Isn't that exactly it's job?

My prediction: despite the clear intent of the voters here, when it's all over the Supreme Court will rule that Bush is still the president.

People are voting for me because I promise MORE violence than AS. My opponents and their supporters will be roasted and eaten! (After being "reeducated," of course.)

I'm pleased that at least 9 voters have some sense. As Larsen is now tied with me, I'm beginning to wonder about some of you, however. I mean, come on, you're not going to let a Dane win an American election, are you?

Anyway, I can see this shall call for me to arm myself more heavily. Obviously, I've been too soft on this crowd and I'm under-protected. This just means more nukes for me and my supporters.

Remember: Might means right.

OK, AS, I did it. Finally chose between you and TBK. You got my vote. I expect to be put in charge of the ATF after you are elected. I am going to turn "Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms" from a government agency into a chain of convenience stores. It would be nice if you made me "Drug Czar", too. What would a Drug Czar be if they don't get to try everything first? I mean really...how can you make an informed decision if you don't have some experience first? ;)

Speaking of which why Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms? I mean it could just as well be Alcohol, Tobacco and Cell phoses or DVD-recorders or even something that had some meaningfull similarity to Alcohol and Tobacco like other drugs. [/RANT]

Yeah, ATF sucks. You can run it--into the ground and sell food and beer and stuff from your convenience stores. Just be sure and stock up on lots and lots of guns and grenades. Those customers can be pretty unruly sometimes and you just might need them.

Drug Czar? You think I'm going to continue the War on Drugs? Please. I will declare victory in that silly war post haste. Victory--the drugs won. Let's all smoke a bowl, shall we?

See, if I keep all my subjects, I mean, *our citizens* stoned to the bone, no one will care to resist. My arms will be almost unnecessary to keep order. Note I said "almost." Never suggest that I should give them up. I mean that. Never. If you know what's good for you.

I voted Gnome - his positions best matched my own. I thought about voting Larson as Gnome does not appear to be a frontrunner but I stuck with my best choice. Larson was my second choice but there was some small disagreement on positions.

(As a journalist, the chaotic aftermath would make my job easy. Just set up a camera or tape recorder anywhere, and then go take a nap or get in a round of golf. Whatever gets taped could air unedited and get better ratings than a truck fire!)
