Of course it is no accident that that is the frame they like to show. The others clearly show a modulating shape, very remarkably like a bird flapping it's wings (What a shock!). Below is frame 19 as an example.

The "third source" picture is very interesting. This is because the two other frames show the tell-tale signs of having undergone edge-enhancement, probably more than one cycle of it. You can see this very clearly at the edge of the building: Instead of a more or less fuzzy transit from the gray texture of the building to the blue sky, we see several black/white transitions. Such a treatment will play havoc with small fuzzy shapes.

This the third picture, however, does not show evidence of this kind of "improvement", and, not surprising, the unidentified object looks quite differently. And I dont find it difficult to fit a bird-shape on top of that.

I still can't believe how much Carlos and Potty Boy b*tch and moan about "Harter's poor method" and then post and repost their crappy little photo taken from a TV set with curved edges that so distorts the image that it forms their "hatshaped paranormal object." Notice how no edge of any building is actual straight due to distortion. This is proof? What dolts.

Carlos is the creep. His only desire is to get his name in Randi's commentary and has refused any other offer to resolve the matter.

I am very sorry to hear that your neighbor lost their family in the invasion of Panama. That is a terrible thing for anyone to suffer.

I am, however, quite glad that your neighbor and all who loved and cared for that family were not subjected to a couple of creeps who would trivialize their loss with the same three-ring circus you and Carlos have provided.

I am quite sure that had that tragic event been captured on film, your neighbor would no doubt be offended at a couple of creeps who would exploit that video by holding to ridiculous claims in the face of overwhelming evidence to the contrary, turning a blind and callous eye to the suffering it portrayed, only to focus on a bug that crawls across the lens solely for the obscenely trite purpose of getting one's name in print.
