In theory, yes. However, because of the nature of the image, a lawsuit would probably result in extreme embarassment for mister X.

ok, I am refusing to see the picture, as I personally like my anonymity, and will respect his, despite his being an idiot. This is no reflection on anyone here who wants to see his pic...your choice, I got no issue with it. That said, If someone could PM me a description as to why he hasnt been truthful (ie tell me why his pic is causing so much fuss) I would appreciate it.

what T.A.M. said--I don't want to see him (unless he actually lives in the D/FW metroplex), just have 2nd hand evidence that he ain't who/what he said he is...
 
Curiousity has gotten the better of me, May I see the pic of JDX as well.
 
I would appreciate the pic. I've met some of the CT personalities and would like to see if it is someone I know.

I'm starting to suspect that this is a conspiracy against us newbies to see how long it will take us to crack and beg to see the picture.
