the 14 things Republicans aren't supposed to say

Marketing uses the exact same tactics. You can't really fault them. They are just trying to sell their products. The real solution is for they buyer to be smarter and demand better products.

Similarly, the solution to political manipulation is for the citizens to be smarter, pay closer attention, ask tougher questions, follow up on their political leaders AFTER the election, and demand accountability.

Ever hear the term "revenue enhancement"? That means taxes.

Milhouse: "We could call it a Colossal Salary Grab."
Lisa: "That has the same problem."
Milhouse: "How about Refund Adjustment?"
Lisa: "That sounds better."

Democrats invented the language of euphamisim- "political correctness".

I bet you think I shouldn't call taxes "my money", nor all of academia, Hollywood, and the public sector "degenerate imbeciles".

Yup. You don't have a problem with the photo of the page in question do you? Or didn't you even read it?

Of course, you could also do your own homework and google Colorado Election Manual for a story about it in the Denver Post. Too much to ask?

One way debate a claim is to attack the argument or claim made. The other is to attack the person making the argument or claim, in this case Drudge. Such and argument is known as argumentum ad hominem.

If congress plans to increase benifits by 10% and the Republicans want to increase benifits by only 5% then that is a "cut" in benifits.

Evidence of this or are you just making it up? I *have* heard something similar to this where Republicans were slowing the rate of growth of a program and Democrats were calling *that* a cut. If the rate of growth is lower than inflation than it *is* a cut as over time the program would have to reduce services or cut costs in order to account for the inflation of dollars.
