But don't you see, if this guy came to Sweden as a minor in 2016, he was only sixteen. During that time, he might have really wanted to stay in Sweden. He might have built up a circle of peers and friends, had a home and community and now he is being told he is not wanted in Sweden.
The point is, so may of these terrorists who go on a rampage of violence and terror on the public seem to have a common factor of having recently been denied asylum/residence.
Maybe, instead of coldly rejecting nine out of ten applicants, especially those who had been there over five years, as this guy had, immigration officials could arrange for mental health counselling to help with the trauma of being thrown out of a country and being sent to somewhere you no longer have roots in.
