Yes, we do.
Maybe not 'all of it'...
Yes, we do.
Soooo... I got an email from Eran from the Australian Skeptics pointing out that they actually have a reward of $100k. Thanks for correcting me, Eran.
The electromagnetic impulses emitted by all those neurons firing in our brains are a bit like the noises made by the crowd in a packed football stadium.
Telepathy is the effect whereby members of that noisy crowd can pick out what specific members of another crowd are yelling in a different stadium several miles away.
Which is why of course it doesn't exist.
Rubbish. We have a thorough and detailed understanding of electromagnetic impulses and how they travel. Our understanding of electromagnetics enables us to communicate over long distances, even up to interplanetary distances. We can also use electromagnetic impulses to carry out incredibly complex calculations, generate and transmit pictures over long distances, and transmit text to one another wherever in the world each of us happens to be. We can even detect and measure the electromagnetic impulses generated in the brain and determine how far away from the brain they can be detected. We have extraordinary sensitive and accurate tools to detect electromagnetic impulses and waves, and if any such mechanism were available for direct communication from one brain to another it would be trivially simple to detect. In practice, it isn't detected.
Make up your fantasies if you want, but be aware just how ridiculous they are. "No way of measuring [electromagnetic impulses'] ability to travel" is, I think, the most absurdly stupid claim I've ever heard made, given that it's made over a medium whose existence is based on the remarkable extent to which we can measure electromagnetic impulses and their ability to travel.

I believe, that in moments of mental quiet, shouts can travel and be heard by others listening with a similar quiet mind tuned into that frequency.
You believe something made up from nothing, or you have evidence?I believe, that in moments of mental quiet, shouts can travel and be heard by others listening with a similar quiet mind tuned into that frequency.
Then how are you measuring and quantifying "this phenomena"?I'll see your "Rubbish" and raise you a "horse-hocky!"
I said science can't "yet" measure or quantify this phenomena. When it can, I think a proper test could be done.
Tell me about the challenge...please be specific. Or is there a link?
What would that frequency, or band of frequencies be?I believe, that in moments of mental quiet, shouts can travel and be heard by others listening with a similar quiet mind tuned into that frequency.
Maybe they're focused on the wrong frequency?

Science can't detect it and you can't demonstrate it exists. The simplest, and the default, explanation is that it doesn't.
And "phenomena" is a plural.

He saw it on YouTube. Maybe science will be able to see YouTube.
My pacemaker/defibrillator communicates wirelessly with outside monitors via magnetic pulses (or "frequency"). Stop pretending you have any idea what you're talking about.
