Are you contending that the US has been deliberately lying about terrorist threats? Because if not the "Boy Who Cried Wolf" analogy doesn't really fly since the Boy was deliberately falsely crying "wolf."

Also, would you think people might be held accountable should the US issue a terror alert, everyone ignores it, then it happens and lots of people die?

To those who think these are fake warnings (for what purpose? To "keep a good thing going" for war profit or political gains?) keep in mind that if a warning comes out, the terrorists may withdraw from that particular attempt due to skyrocketing scrutiny.

That's a good thing, but the warning, like particles in quantum physics, affects the event itself.

The only terrorist attack which happened was in Ireland, executed by the Real IRA as the media report.

So no connection so far with the warnings raised by the USA government.
