I'm SO excited! This will be my first TAM. I was on TAA5 with my hubby and we loved every minute of the time we spent with the group.
Se you there!
Se you there!
Room costs are the least of it, not really a dent.Gah!! Are you coming to TAM anyway? Do you need to share a room?
I would SO love to be a ding-a-ling!HBS, if you can make it, would you like to be in my talent show bit if we make the cut? If so, I will PM you the idea and needs, though it's just a costume and ringing one bell when I point to you!
Well, yeah, there would be that...I'd assume that keeping it uneaten throughout the travel would be the bigger problem.

I don't see the Thursday evening reception on the schedule. Has it been bumped from TAM8? Does anyone here know?
I asked Jeff and he confirmed that there will be a reception Thursday night as usual.
Okay cool. I have miles saved up and the awards depend on flight times. So know I can go ahead and book. Turns out if I stay until Monday, I can fly for free. Now I have to check the hotel for Sunday night rates. But I think I will come out ahead staying the extra night, or at the very least, not lose any money in the deal. And I won't have to race to the airport after the event.
We're working on the full schedule now. Of course, there will always be changes.
And you won't have to deal with the thousands of other people also leaving Sunday afternoon & evening. And I won't have to race to the airport after the event.
Anyone have other ideas of what to do Sunday night?
So you've got a nonstop flight this time, or are you just avoiding Minneapolis?I would NOT want to repeat what I did last time: Go from the hotel bar to the airport at 5 AM; wake up for stopover in Minneapolis with a nasty hangover...
