Who cares what Sylvia Browne believes? She has books out about her beliefs, and they sell millions. She obviously believes what she writes or she wouldn't write it. How would you guys like it if you had a job, and someone came up and tried stopping you from working?

Hey, I didn't say the UK law made much sense, but that's how it is. It's perfectly possible that US law is different, but I just wanted to add a note of caution. Dustin, if you're a US lawyer then apologies, I didn't want to tread on anyone's toes!

I'm not a lawyer but I was refering to US laws not UK laws. I don't know where RS lives though.

I haven't heard of her making any more "9/11 appearances" in many months now. No telling how much of that is due to the StopKaz site, but it's good news regardless. Thanks for asking!

Here's a story that has a link to a MW/SB video.

This would almost be funny if it weren't for the victimization factor. Watch the video (link is in the story) and SB contradicts herself early on in the session. She says that the perps did NOT know Audrey, but only minutes later, they do know her! She seemed to have forgotten that she had said the opposite. Also, Marie was playing her. There is no person they know with a floppy hat. Marie threw that out to see if SB took the bait and she does.

It's so pathetic. More info later.
 
Here's one of the most heart-wrenching stories as told by a SAR org I know. You can get in touch with them through their website.....just let them know I referred you. They have direct contact with the family of the little girl in the story.
 
When the site gets up and going we should let Randi know about the site so he can mention it in his weekly commentary. If he asks his readers all to mention it in their Blogs or websites I bet it will get up there.
 
Robert, any chance you can post which SB books you have or ones people plan to send you?

Think of it this way: Everything on your web site should be written solely for the judge and jury who will ultimately hear your defamation case. Forget Sylvia and her attorneys, forget the unwashed masses, forget us; your ultimate audience is the court that could break your bank balance for the rest of your life.

Hmm... How's this for a preamble/intro paragraph to your site?

"Everything I am putting on this web site is done so with an eye toward the judge and jury that will hear the defamation case that Sylvia Browne and her attorneys may bring against me. Make no mistake, I want Browne to sue me for libel; I want to get her in an arena where she will be fully accountable, where she will be forced to answer hard questions, where she will be forced to prove under close observation that she can do what she has long maintained that she can do. If that happens, I intend to introduce everything you see here, and many things you won't see here, as evidence. But it's my bet that she won't do that; she doesn't want to be put into a position where she can be pinned down, where she can be confronted with documents, and video and audio recordings, and follow-up testimony from her victims and dupes. Nor, I wager, does she want her alleged successes examined too closely.

"And why am I doing this?"

And so on.

Just a suggestion, to get you thinking.

Did PT Barnum believe everything he wrote and told people? He wrote and said and showed those things, not because he believed in them, but because he was a showman and those things brought in money. Sylvia believes in money, and she writes what she writes because it brings in money, not because she believes her own spiel.

The difference between the two is that Barnum never expected people to believe him; his whole act was based on people suspending their disbelief, the same way you do for the duration of a novel or a movie. Sylvia Browne, OTOH, knows that people are going to believe her and may even change their lives because of what she says. She is quite literally messing with people's lives, with absolutely no concern for the possible consequences.
