Your post sounds like gibberish.

States not only have a right, but a duty to prevent arms from reaching terrorist groups like Hamas and the other Palestinian terror groups operating in Gaza, and the blockade fufills that responsibiity. Under Security Council Resolution 1373, which was adopted under Chapter VII and is therefore binding, Israel, Egypt and all other states are required to take steps to criminalize and prevent all material support – active or passive, direct or indirect – to terrorist groups. Thus, all states bordering Gaza are legally obliged to prevent the flow of arms and other materiel to Hamas. Israel is also a party to the International Convention for the Suppression of Terrorist Bombings, which renders it criminal for any individual, Israeli or not, to supply rockets, mortars and missiles to Hamas and the other Palestinian terrorist groups. Israel and other state signatories are required to take steps to punish such criminals.

In addition, all states have the right to control their own borders. Israel has the right to prevent the flow of arms to Gaza across its own border with Gaza. Egypt has the same right to prevent the flow of arms across its Gaza. And Israel has the right to demand that Egypt exercise this right both on the grounds of Israeli-Egyptian agreements requiring Egypt to do so and on the basis of Egypt’s obligations under 1373.

I have seen no evidence that Hamas would prevent ANY Jews from living in Gaza.

If Israelis can prevent Arabs from living in the West Bank settlements, then Palestinians can prevent Israeli Jews from living in Gaza.

You're being disingenuous in contemplating Hamas permitting Jews to live in Hamastan, when its covenant pledges genocide of Jews, so, let's not waste each other's time on this. Jewish populations are suppressed in Arab states, in general, ranging from zero to 100. Racist? Apartheid? You decide.

please provide for us the EXACT quote where Hamas wants to commit "genocide" against the Jewish people.

hint: wanting to destroy Israel is not the same as wanting to kill all the Jews across the globe.

So...the Gaza blockade was set up to prevent Hamas from importing in weapons from Iran and Syria through...Israel????????

The Movement is but one squadron that should be supported by more and more squadrons from this vast Arab and Islamic world, until the enemy is vanquished and Allah's victory is realised."

Actually I would bet he doesn't.

He appears to know very little. His arguments are both immature and erroneous. Unlike your good self parky he doesn't have the courage to admit to Israel's racism, persecutions and atrocities.

I would advise him to implement some damage limitation and bow out sooner rather than later. I've been reading his posts and exchanges with other members up this thread and apart from being sad and offensive he's been laughable absurd.

"Palestinian" leaders preach the nobility of martyrdom, of shahid, or jihad and have literally boasted that death is easy to embrace because they love death as others love life. Um, where is parky labelling entire nations racists. 'racists' implies the people are racist. parky is describing the infrastructure of governance andn legislation.

This is something the rest of us here can distinguish between. You can clearly not.
