It's my Indian name, given to me way back in 1982 when on holiday. My friends spotted a poster for a wrestling match (the old ITV show, not the magnitudes sillier WWF) and it had an equally spurious 'Indian name'. We ended up bestowing names on each other, and unfortunately mines was Kenny 10 Bellys.

Makes a lot of sense. "I'd give my... nah, wait, I'll give YOUR left arm for a cold beer". :D

Anyone got a fresh "Right Arm to Gold" conversion ratio? I just think I found a use for some of my colleagues.
 
@Kenny: Thanks, I thought it sounded like a "quaint," probably confected, Native American name.
