Spicer OUT ...

As his transition team, they would have been his private staff. But I doubt an NDA would be enforceable against a federal employee, although I understand federal contractors are routinely required to sign NDAs regarding proprietary information, secrets, etc.
Also, the NDAs wouldn't be enforceable at all in the context of illegal conduct.

True, though this might be a perfect choice: someone without any competence in communicating running communications for a corrupt administration that doesn't want the public to be well informed. The dumber the public, the better for the beast.

I beg to differ on the communications competence. He knew full well how to talk about Trump's fabulous qualities and echo Trump's beliefs such as saying the Russia probe was a hoax and Comey clearly stated Trump was not under investigation.

Now I have to get on Youtube and listen to that song. The best version, of course, by The Muppets :)
There's a version online that is even better than the famous 1985 performance ... I became a fan, 26 years after Freddie Mercury's death :-(

Bohemian Rhapsody

ETA: Nice how the Muppets finessed it

There is a Muppet/Queen combined version that is also good

As long as Beaker and Animal are in it, it's good

I wonder if Scaramucci will do the Fandango?

Thunderbolt and lightning, very very frightning

When we heard the news I asked my wife the same thing.

Of course, if he did, it would be very, very frightening!

Curse you all, and your damned earworm too! Oh, and you can add me to the list of those whose first thought was "Poor Mellissa McCarthy!"

In fairness, so is Trump.

No qualifications - or more specifically, zero relevant career-field experience - seems to be a prerequisite for joining the Trump Administration. I don't think a single one of his highest cabinet posts was filled by someone who has ever actually worked in a related sector, with the sole exception of Mattis.

Don't know if it's been posted yet, but Wired has an article up about the new guy. Not what I would have expected.

Well, Kellyanne purportedly hates Trump, but she's a professional -- the oldest profession -- and both of them seem to know what they're really being paid for.

To be fair, AG Sessions has extensive legal experience, including being a member of the Department of Justice previously as a US Attorney and being a state attorney general. He's still horrible, but he's horrible and experienced.

That is good :) The Montreal gig? I especially love 'Somebody to love' at Montreal. I was also decades late in becoming a fan - watching Bowie's stuff on YT after he died threw out some Queen suggestions and I rapidly became a bit of an addict.

He should have quit on his first day when Trump made him go lie to the media about the crowd sizes. He was a joke from that moment on.
