All of the member states run to the UN to solve international problems. That is why that organization was established. American is or was a superpower, so naturally they are one of the main acting forces behind the UN.

It’s war, people die. I am more concerned about the 100,000 Iraqi civilians that have died as a result of our war. Surly you aren’t blaming every American for the actions of one unit and commanding officer. It’s not like I got to vote on what to do about this situation. Should I be held liable for an elected official’s actions? What about an appointed official’s actions? Let me know if you want to turn this into an American pros/cons list.
