Slow Internet Connection to randi.org

I'm getting a very slow response from the forum.

indicates that xe-1-1-0.er1.dfw2.us.above.net is dropping a huge number of packets.

Is anyone else seeing this?

Yes.
It is the slowest forum to which I am enrolled as a member.
It's one of the reasons I am seldom active here.

To put it in perspective:
Forum1 = 1356 posts
Forum2 = 658 posts
JREFForum= 60 (ish) posts

Now granted I haven't been a member here all that long but I am a post-whore so I should easily be at 200 by now on this site.
I think upgrades are imminent.

You can test this. I am now relaxing my psychic hold, the forum will become faster (allow some time for the spirit world to catch up)

A slight improvement here now. If people will give us their locations and the time that they see things speed up we will be able to calculate how fast the psychic "energy waves" propagate.

xe-1-1-0.er1.dfw2.us.above.net seems to dropping around 20-25% of the packets as opposed to the 25-30 it was earlier.

Same here, by far the slowest website I use. Fortunately the high quality of many members makes it worth the long waits.

Can you run PING and TRACERT? What I have posted is from a tool that combines the two. I would guess (TM) that there is a problem with the hosting service randi.org uses.

It's intolerably slow. I don't see that many people logged on, so I assume it's system gunk. I'll check back in a few days or a few weeks, and see if they've figured out how to fix it. Life's way too short to wait 15 minutes to get a page to load, when there's a whole internet full of information.
