You argue that the Constitutional guarantees of inalienable rights, such as the right to speech, religion, to vote, to require a warrant and probable cause, are all fake. Nonsense.
None of them are garbage, including the 2nd Amendment. Not going to change here for a very, very long time. Like it or not.

Spare us the Woke nonsense. All persons in the USA have various inalienable rights, according to the US Constitution.
15th Amendment guarantees the right to vote regardless of race, collectively.
According to the false logic being spewed here, individual black people can be denied the right to vote due to their race.
19th Amendment guarantees the right to vote regardless of sex, collectively.
According to the false logic being spewed here, individual women can be denied the right to vote due to their sex.
So, the Founders didn't put restrictions like race, gender, and financial status on those rights?
Those amendments specifically say "citizens", not "the people" or "the citizenry".
The US Constitution includes all Amendments that followed its original ratification.
Our Founding Fathers, disagree. We have individual rights.
You're desperately splitting hairs, brosef.
Tell this guy. Maybe he doesn't realize that of the 27 Amendments, 14 came after the Founders had all died.
Someone here is arguing that the Bill of Rights only applied rights collectively, not to individual persons in the USA. 1st Am, 2nd Am, 4th Am, did not apply any rights to individual persons, they argue. Some are also arguing that the rights recognized in the Bill of Rights are meaningless, void, nonsense.Who's arguing with the Bill of Rights?
So far the 3rd Amendment has served me well, had no military taking quarters in my home without permission. Mind you, it's a time of peace.
