No. Like with everything else, there's a spectrum of views. On one end are a group of radicals who want to kill all homosexuals. On the other end are a group of radicals who wholeheartedly embrace homosexuals. And in the middle is a giant group of people who don't want to execute homosexuals, but who don't want to accept them, either.

A distinction utterly WITHOUT a distinction, either way, homosexuals are still screwed.

This isn't a problem just with Islam, though. It's a much, much larger issue involving all the major religions.

And in any case, the OP doesn't give a crap about gay rights. He's just looking for an excuse (any excuse, it seems, given the last few threads he's opened) to single out Islam for bashing.

Much like the belief that teaching abstinence will end teenage pregnancy and the spread of STDs, the above may be true, but it ignores the reality of the way people behave, and is thus completely useless as any practical method for addressing the problem.

Getting to that point could be a bit difficult, though, for reasons not the least of which are infinite powers as well as non-existence.

It is difficult say what is right and wrong when are incompatible moral views of meanings of death.

I did not changed my mind because I do not believe that was any attempt to "drive" the young homosexual to death.

It was indeed a violation of the privacy of an individual, but are not evidence presented which indicate any effort to drive the individual to kill himself.

Hence, I say it is wrong kill any person just because they sexual choice.

It is not wrong if a person cannot cope with the consequences of his sexual choices and kill himself.

Everyone have the right and freedom to cause his own death.

There are a number of European countries with blasphemy laws still on the books, with punishments ranging from jail terms to simple fines. Some of them, such as Greece, apparently still enforce them, too.

My stance on a given religion is the same as their stance on the bottom person on their magic totem pole--wishy-washy religious liberals are treated with the same vague condescension they give unbelievers, and the writer in the OP should be flogged.
