From what I'm hearing she's still actively trying to land an interview. The article I read says Baez has been actively making the circuit talking to producers and stations to get her an interview. I sure hope the majority of people will boycott any station that gives her air time! (Also read she's ready to fire Baez.) That would be hilarious.

Well, to be completely accurate, she was found "Not Guilty" which isn't strictly the same thing as "Innocent". It's more like "Not Proven". I don't think a court can return a verdict of "Innocent", it's "Proven" or "Not Proven". The jury found OJ not guilty as well but, c'mon.

What about the latest? Reports out that she told a psychiatrist that she passed out at a party and woke up pregnant! I think that would be a strong additional motive for killing her child. Psychologically, she may have never wanted that child and possibly harbored resentment toward her.
You could even go so far as to wonder if deep down she actually hated her - the product of a rape.
 
No doubt bottom dwellers like Nancy Grace will be seeking opportunity after opportunity to milk this case to the last drop.

Anthony was acquitted, not found innocent. She was likely guilty as homemade sin of many things. No proof to convict her of murder was found. She was shunned by the jury of public opinion.

She is a murderer. But her defense is to me what makes her a special kind of evil. How many people would destroy their own family to attempt to get off? Not many. This btw is what also makes her lawyer maybe he slieziest lawyer I have ever heard of.

Casey Anthony's lawyer admits she killed daughter Caylee, investigator says



More than five years after a jury in Florida cleared Casey Anthony in the murder of her two-year-old daughter, Caylee, a private investigator claimed the mom's attorney admitted she killed the girl and hid her body.
Dominic Casey made the claim in court documents that went public last month in Casey Anthony's bankruptcy case. He also suggested that the mom paid her lawyer with sex.
The investigator claimed attorney Jose Baez hired him days after police arrested the mom in July 2008. He said, "Baez had told me that Casey had murdered Caylee and dumped the body somewhere and, he needed all the help he could get to find the body before anyone else did."

Dominic Casey claimed, in addition, that the defendant and her attorney were having sex because she couldn't pay him. "I arrived at Baez’s office unexpectedly one day and once again, witnessed a naked Casey. This time she ran from his private office, through the conference room to the hallway. That night I told her that she cannot allow him to continue engaging in this behavior. Casey told me she had to do what Jose said because she had no money for her defense."

I had been under the impression that Dominic Casey was, due to the fact that he had been hired by Baez, covered by attorney/client privilege and not allowed to divulge anything that occurred as part of his services for the defense.

I guess something changed.
 
Couldn't the hired PI also be? But that would push the legal failure onto him instead. (This assumes the lawyer hired him and bound him to it .)

Yes. That's what I'm talking about. He was working for Baez as an investigator for the Casey Anthony case. I don't think he should be legally able to divulge information shared with him about the case by Baez.

Maybe there are exceptions to this?
