"SEND HER BACK!" Will they defend this?

Me too. I just posted it to Facebook. Given the roughly 50/50 political leanings of folks I know, I’m bracing for the responses. Two “Likes” so far, one praising Reagan for his wisdom.

Yeah, Reagan hated young liberals. I don't recall he was against brown or black immigrants, But it could be I didn't notice.

He was against countries he believed the commies were invading and of course none of those were populated with white people.

This whole "It's racist to talk about racism or admit racism exists because that's you admitting you see race" thing has gotten beyond "gotten old" and is now just sad.

Yeah but she said "concentration camp" and this one dude used the same term when committing an act of violence. Clearly she's responsible, right?

Wait a minute... Ocasio-Cortez has also been known to wear shoes, and early reports indicate that the Left Wing Terrorist in question was also wearing shoes.

We're through the looking glass here, people.

You defined "racist" as "anyone who even thinks race is a real thing." You linked to a Scientific American article that says, "Today, the mainstream belief among scientists is that race is a social construct without biological meaning." Your definition says that those scientists are racists. Is that what you intended? If not, d'oh.
No, literally the opposite. How you managed to twist that out of it is astonishing to me.
"without biological meaning"="not real"
"social construct"="It’s all in the racists mind"

There you go again, basing **** off of your perceptions rather than any form of facts.

Because There has been NOTHING like this current Constitutional crisis in the UK since the Second World War. "Diversity is our strength" and platitudes to inclusivity are fine in good times. But when those turn sour, people don't exactly pull together via perspectives.

From an outsider's perspective the UK's division appear to be more political (pro-/no- Brexit) and class based rather than ethnically based - unless you're arguing for a classless or uniform political state I'm not certain how you figure those sorts of divisions are going to go away.

Look he is a fan of the Ethnostate clearly you see them all love Japan for some reason. Though how we started accepting those swarthy germans as white I have no idea. Ben Franklin must be rolling over in his grave.

I still want someone to ******* explain to me what any of this has to do with Trump telling an American Citizen who's also an elected member of Congress to "go back where you came from."

Because Americans banded together with the German Americans when Prohibition hit its stride. Not the best example you can think of really.

And as we all know, when the EU faced an immigration crisis they banded together to welcome every refugee and migrant, who rewarded them with a variety of dinnerplates and perspectives for innovation. No Wait, Far Right governments got into power and the EU started setting up Fortress Europe.

Yeah, I get what you're saying. I'm commenting on the fact that you're basing it on nothing more than your beliefs. You haven't actually provided any evidence that it's far more divided, or that any such division is based on diversity. You're just....making the claim. That means nothing at all, since it's not being supported by anything.

We could easily claim that any such division could just be the result of more people existing and it would be just as likely to happen if everyone were white or black or green.

Those really seem to be a lot of white supremacist masquerading as ethnonationalists talking points.

LOUD NOISES!

I have no idea. I just like to be included.

As we all know, when diverse communities encounter problems, people will always always pull together as one and become prosperous forevermore. After all, diversity is a strength and anyone who disagrees must be a white supremacist.

So how does one patch KDE2 under FreeBSD?

I wonder how many fallacies there are in this one post alone.

Also, your sarcasm is weak sauce. Completely void of any emoji's.

What is your solution then?

Yup, no division in the 60s, 70s or 80s.

The UK is indeed divided and in a mess, however, I haven't seen anything like the Notting Hill race riots, homophobia is generally frowned upon by most members of society - even the **** police officially take part in Pride parades. I haven't seen a 3-day week, or currency export restrictions.

The US hasn't had mass lynchings or official segregation, much as Bannon would like it.

Yes things are coming to a head, but thirty-five years ago, there would have been far less condemnation of Trump's statements. Racist jokes (Jim Davidson's, "Chalky") are no longer broadcast on British primetime TV.

People are less tolerant of a lot of bad behaviour now, so society seems more divided.
