Selfish with your powers?

I hope we would have a few controls on this experiment because at the moment our experiment is looking a little like this.

Bratok: Okay, shut your eyes, wear this blindfold and stand behind this curtain.
Me: Okay
Bratok: Now stick your hand out through the curtain. I will now put an energy ball in your hand. It will feel like a balloon.
Me: Okay (Feels someone putting something that feels exactly like a balloon in my hand)
Bratok: Can you feel that?
Me: Yes
Bratok: Excellent. I have proved my case. I have magic powers and claim the one million dollars.
Me: Hmmmm....
 
It's only that I do not claim any millions, nor am I interested in proving things that are obvios to me to anybody. :)

either
A) Lying about your abilities
or
B) Deluded about your abilities

As for the abilities - everybody has them. Everybody can make at least a weak energy ball with the first try.

I have just definitively proved your statement to be untrue.

Now I know you will subsequently add modifiers to this original statement, but as it currently stands this claim is utterly false.

Who mentioned anything about a desired result? You said 'anyone' - you never mentioned mental states, expectations etc.

And do you honestly think I wouldn't prefer to be able to create an energy ball than not to have this ability?

Honestly one display of these abilities on TV would make those books fly off the shelves. Everyone would want them. If you really want people to read those books demonstrate your ability.

You know, that ability that you definitely have, without a shadow of a doubt.;)

I'm sorry, I don't read Russian. Perhaps you could explain it, briefly?

Why hasn't this book been translated into English? If everyone can learn it, don't you think that somebody would have translated it by now?
 
I do not want to force anybody to read this or any other books. I do believe that when one is truly ready for any information, it would come his way. And, otherwise, when one is not ready for it, he can read a wise book and still understand nothing.

It's hard to explain it briefly. There was a translator.

I believe that with a little search you would be able to find a book about energy-balls in English.

I also do not wish to force anyone to give up their cherished, if deluded, beliefs. This realisation should come from within themselves. Otherwise they may look at coincidences and misintepreted sensations and draw incorrect and wishful conclusions from them.

But it has come my way. I am ready. The only thing that is preventing me from learning is my inability to read Russian. And, of course, your unwillingness to explain.

If you would tipe "forming energy balls" or "how to make psi balls" or something similar in google you would find enough into to make something.

That's not what I asked. I asked if any book will do. If not all books are equally good, how can I tell the difference between those that are good, and those that are bad?

Just curious, how do you "tipe "forming energy balls""? :D

Anyway, can you answer us definitively that you can form these energy balls? I tried that when I was a kid when I was still watching DragonBall Series (a cartoon series). I also believed in what I was doing. I believed when I concentrated enough and focus my "energies" into a single point (whatever that means), I can create energy balls. I failed miserably. I guess no amount of beliefs can make something true. Well, at least that is what I learned. How about you? How many energy balls have you formed recently?

Yeah, well -I- just formed an energy ball right here in my hand. And none of you smart guys can prove I didn't. (Oops, there it went onto the floor. What a mess! Well, those things are slippery.)

I'd challenge Randi for the mil, but I want to be fair to Bartok. He gets to go first.
