Nope, his royal assness, HRP was in the habit of discussing forum members in the bat cave. This is why Parnassus was so angry, HRP threatened to out him, and if you remember, he recommended that no one should frequent the BFF forum because of this. There are several forum members here that can verify what I'm saying.

That said, you're also missing the point. If you're looking up who we are then you're not relying on the information we present right here. That's the standard - the one standard - that you should be applying to all of us.

So you are saying that you don't exhibit accepting behavior when No. Lights, CHRISBFRPKY, or Jeff Meldrum talk about their Bigfoot Yarns, and you must also be saying that you don't think you fly off into an inarticulate rage when ABP tells an actual, supportable, real story?

So now you're passing the buck to another BFF personality? Here again, you have made a claim and when challenged on that claim, a more convoluted backstory emerges. This pattern erodes confidence in the claimant, because it appears to the reader that the story is being made up/modified in real time. If that's not what you're doing, then I suggest you be more explicit from the get-go. There's a world of difference between "we verified who you were" and "HRP outed you".

I don't get the relevance. We're talking about why you go out of your way to ignore the abundant data shared right here in these threads that ABP is really an outdoorsy guy who shoots bears in Alaska.

After calling The Shrike a childish name, you then have the audacity to
try to deflect from your own bad conduct (giving information that you had as a moderator
or whatever it was that gave you access to information about posters at
BFF) by bringing other posters who could still be members here or not,
or those on another forum. :jaw-dropp

And in the same post, you actually post this bit of nonsense below.

You are the one insisting on bringing in other people and posters to deflect
from your egregious (IMHO) actions*.

If I understand what you have posted so far, you think ABP is lying.
About shooting bears, about living in a log cabin, about the way he makes
a living.
The reason you continue your distrust/disbelief in what he is posting is because
you do not have the access to him that you did to some posters
that were unfortunate enough to have been at BFF under your moderation.

It seems that anyone who gets under your skin in any way (ABP with the
BLAARG or The Shrike not saying what you accused him of) has earned your
eternal disdain and the burden is on them to refute your silly claims about
them.

I rarely comment on bigfoot stories related by NL and Chris. When Meldrum pops up in the conversation I'll comment if I'm familiar with what you guys are talking about. I've never read any of Meldrum's books or papers.

ABP's stories are just that, some are more believable than others. I used to think he was just rude and exaggerated for dramatic affect but in the last 6 months I believe it's a little more serious than that, the rage has been replaced by pity.

What the hell are you talking about? The Shrike asked me why I thought he was genuine. I answered. HRP was the royal assness referred to in the above post, not the Shrike. I've known who most of these guys are for over 5 years because HRP discussed who the JREF'ers were that were also BFF members. I can't help it, nor could I do anything about it at the time.

The reason I distrust ABP is that some of the things he posts on here aren't believable. I'm certainly not alone in that. If you believe his stories, wonderful, go right on with your gullible self and eat 'em up.

You point blank asked me how I knew you were genuine, that's the relevance, that's how it came up.

On the BFF the admins verify who members are. Some of you post from work, if you are still active over at the BFF I would suggest you stop.

HRP hated the skeptics, especially those that were JREF members, and periodically he would discuss personal information about you behind the scenes. You aren't wrong to be upset by this but this is old news. We discussed this when Parn left, he told you guys about it then, it was why he left all of the forums.
 
Oy vey. If you're just reading what some anonymous person posts, then you have only those posts on which to judge them. The point was that ABP shares a lot more than most of do so, if anything, you should have greater confidence in his authenticity than you have in other posters'.

Now, if you have proprietary information about some of us, OBVIOUSLY that's different. For example, I have no verifiable information on any of you people. From reading posts, I gather that you live in South Carolina, that Drewbot lives in Michigan, etc., but that's about it.

Yes, it is obvious to me that you had/have information about posters from both
JREF and the BFF.
Okay, so you were in the batcave as a moderator and got some information
(personal) about posters because you were reading what other posters in
the batcave were posting? Is that what you mean by "I can't help it nor

I can believe that you read a lot about other posters in the past.

Using that information NOW on this forum is a breach of privacy that

Having read some of your posts from the Ghost thread, to the Life After Death threads, and a few in between, I've got to say...I find this to be most ironic.
