RSL in hospital

Make that 268. I was shocked at this news but I am confident Robert will recover fully. He's a truly remarkable man, and I wish him and his family the best of all possible outcomes.
 
Mr. and Mrs. Lancaster, I can only offer my wishes for a speedy and complete recovery. RSL is one of, if not the, best people on the planet.

Good morning everyone! Still nothing substantial to report. What I reported yesterday was all the positives I could think of from the day. Some people appear to have taken that to mean Robert has improved. He has not. At least, not yet.

the little bit of woo left in me wants to put out positive 'vibes'. :o
RSL's site about sylvia browne led me to this wonderful forum, and i want to thank him for that and wish him a speedy recovery.

I'm sure (pretty sure) that Robert knows how much he means to all of us and that the ripple's he's spread with his great nature are all going to come back to him now when he needs us the most!

It's amazing how people affect us, you know? Many of us have never had the pleasure of meeting Robert or doing anything other than exchanging emails and I find myself as worried as I would if he were family! <kinda crazy>

I think that he's just resting for a bit while we wait with bated breath but he deserves it, right?

Hang in there. Everyone is hoping for a speedy recovery, but we have to realize it almost certainly won't be quick. My friend who had a stroke spent most of a year in rehab. It's slow, but he can come back from this - just try not to get discouraged if you don't see rapid progress.

My thoughts are with you both.

Many moons ago, I worked with a woman who had had a stroke. I had no idea until she told me. She recovered quite well. The one thing she couldn't do anymore was shake her left hand. You know like you would shake water off your hand? She couldn't do that, of all things. :)
