I like the sheer paranoia of this:

He does hold a place in the religious douchebag Hall of Fame. I think his display is a couple of spaces away from Jim Baker's.

I guy like Moore could have a hell of a good televangelist program. They could run it 0230 right before the Bedazzler infomercial on a UHF channel.

I was told once on late night TV that gawd is my "financial adviser", and that if I give money to the guy on the TV that gawd would get me a house. Could be true, I didn't try it.

Which would be curious. I can see two reasons why this stinks:
(1) he's had a cushy job all his life, from DDA to Alabama Supreme Court judge. Doesn't he have enough savings to defend himself in court?
(2) and even if not, he's trained in the law himself, why does he need a lawyer?

Maybe he's a rubbish lawyer, he certainly seems to have been a rubbish judge.

As for anyone who would be brain dead enough to send him money - a fool and his money are soon parted.
