Smelling fishy
Well I don;t think anyone is going to claim that, mind you nor is anyone trying to deny it happened.
I'm pretty sure Gawdzilla didn't mean to imply it, either, I just wanted to be clear.

Wait a minute. Are you really comparing the barbaric internment of innocent people with going to the dentist? And you want to talk about what's rational or not?
Ha, ha, ha... you government truthers are a laugh riot!
Why, what's the difference?Any body who thinks there was no difference between the Western Allies and Nazi Germany is either a crackpot or incredibly ignorant of history, or both.
Nazi Germany:
Fascist
Militaristic
Aggressive warfare
Empire
Domination
Domestic oppression
Concentration camps
Total warfare
Bomb women and children
Terrorist government based on fear and manufactured bogeymen
Incessant propaganda
Lies
United States:
Fascist
Militaristic
Aggressive warfare
Empire
Domination
Domestic oppression
Concentration camps
Total Warfare
Bomb women and children
Terrorist government based on fear and manufactured bogeymen
Incessant propaganda
Lies
Like I said, six to one, a half-dozen to the other.

Q.E.D.
This. I was just doing a quick and nasty comparison, knowing it had flaw.
Now, if someone can tell me how many Japanese were worked to death or gassed in the US camps, I'd be interested in the numbers.
Not to mention that after the first 6 months of Internment, any Nisei and his family who could get a job in the Midwest or the East coast outside the exclusion area could leave the camps, and in fact were encouraged to do so.
This is not to say the Nisei internment was not a outrage and blot on the American record; it was. But to say it was equivilent to the Holocaust is an act of idiocy.
Well, both sides of the aisle have one thing in common. We both have CT'ers who come from out where the buses don't run!!
(btw, one amusing thing is that the far far left and the far far right, both tend to have these extremist anti-govt conspiracy beliefs. It's like they have both gone in such a different direction that they have ended up on the other side of the world, in the same place, standing back to back!)
Why stop at those three?
Please, for the edification of all us sheeple, list the non-terrorist governments so that we may bleetingly go there once the wool clears our eyes.
There were a lot of allies assisting us in the Pacific.
Plus the Japanese didn't just attack the US, there was figthing in a lot more places than the Pacific Islands.
Tis true, the USA had superior leadership and seemed to maintain logistical support at a much higher success rate than the Japanese. Who, after Midway, seemed to lose their minds.

As opposed to what? A fascist United States/communist Russia victory?
What's the difference? All three are/were nothing more than large terrorist governments.
Six to one, a half-dozen to the other, as far as I am concerned.
That did not answer the question child. Now, would you see a Nazi victory in Europe as a positive or negative? It's a simple question really. Answer it.
No, you didn't. You asked a question and then went on a rant. Do you think we don't notice?I answered it, you just can't formulate a response.
No, you didn't.
I believe he was looking for a truthful response, not a baseless rant.Sure I did. What's the difference?
Axis victory:
Europe under a fascist iron curtain. Most all of Europe turned into satellite/garrison states of the Third Reich Nazi German Empire. Neo-colonialism visits the First World.
Allied victory:
Europe under a half-fascist/half-communist iron curtain. Most all of Europe turned into satellite/garrison states of the Fourth Reich Anglo-American Empire and Soviet Empire. Neo-colonialism visits the First World.
Again, what's the difference?
Franklin Roosevelt was a closet communist. http://whatreallyhappened.com/WRHARTICLES/pearl/www.geocities.com/Pentagon/6315/fdr.html
Everything he condemned in Hitler - one party state, dictatorship, secret police, concentration camps, press censorship - he supported in Stalin. Apologists for FDR state that this was because of the wartime alliance with the USSR. This is a lie. One of the first acts of the Roosevelt administration in the field of foreign affairs was to give diplomatic recognition to the Soviet Union. This was at the same time - 1933 - that Stalin was starving 10 million Ukrainians to death www.holodomor.org which the US government knew all about. Also during the Spanish civil war instead of being neutral and supporting neither side Roosevelt openly sided with the Repubicans who had many communists in their ranks and who had received arms and ammunition from Stalin. Roosevelt spoke of "democracy" when in reality he helped extend soviet communist dictatorship over half of Europe. It was FDR who came up with the idea of unconditional surrender instead of a negotiated peace which prolonged the war leading to millions of casualties on both sides. Roosevelt was a criminal who should have been impeached.
Almost immediately upon taking office, however, President Roosevelt moved to establish formal diplomatic relations between the United States and the Soviet Union. His reasons for doing so were complex, but the decision was based on several primary factors. Roosevelt hoped that recognition of the Soviet Union would serve U.S.strategic interests by limiting Japanese expansionism in Asia, and he believed that full diplomatic recognition would serve American commercial interests in the Soviet Union, a matter of some concern to an Administration grappling with the effects of the Great Depression. Finally, the United States was the only major power that continued to withhold official diplomatic recognition from the Soviet Union.
