Roger Waters promotes 9/11 conspiracy theories...

Björkman and Percy are not participants here. Notice the difference? One can disparage them on a personal level to your hearts content. But what's important to the argument of a topic is those persons' level and area of expertise, not whether you hate their guts because you disagree with their view. That is high school 'haters' level of debate. So yeah, Steve hates my guts because he has a different opinion from myself but that doesn't give him the right to get over-familiar with me by falsely blurting out I have a terminal illness and subject to a low grade lack of integrity, which surely are his own projections based on how he himself deals with the world (his own 'long list of porkies'). He also claims to speak for everybody on the forum and had a tantrum, running to teacher, when questioned about his childish claim of being in charge.
Don't judge others by your own standards.

Like any conspiracy theory, all it's ever essentially about is trying to focus attention on the person saying "the experts are all wrong or lying - I know what really happened".
I've learned that no matter how silly, or unrealistic a claim may be you can ALWAYS find someone with a PhD behind their name to back it up. What separates smart people from CTists is smart people will look to all the relevant experts in the field, and the specific topic to see what the overall consensus is. If 50 experts say, "A, B, & C are true", but one or two experts dispute their work, and claim only "X is true", there is a good chance those two experts are wrong, for whatever reason. Bigfoot has Dr. Jeffrey Meldrum. The JFK CTists have Dr. Cyril Wecht, M.D. Both men are highly educated. Wecht has an impressive background and body of work, pun intended, but he's dead wrong about JFK's death, pun also intended. I wouldn't accuse either one of being a grifter. I think both genuinely believe the things they've said. But it's clear their beliefs cloud their judgement.

I have done both, prepared skeleton arguments and researched the case law backing them up, together with having addressed panels of judges (one being a head honcho judge).

(So get it censored. Quick! Quick!)

So now, in addition to being a psychologist (not really) and having a masters in accounting (kind of), you are a (sort of) barrister as well? Color me (close to) impressed (not!).

Was this in your job as a low-grade member of staff at a wine merchant's, or in your job as a low-grade member of staff at an insolvency agency, or in your job as a middle-management accountant?

Perhaps (or just to get the thread on topic) in her low-grade position as a flyer paster for Pink Floyd's management (which, similar to all her other low-grade professions, made her an expert on Pink Floyd who you "cannot teach" anything).

Oh and @Vixen, you signed up for this forum with the acknowledged agreement to follow the rules in the TOS. Unlike you, I don't post false accusations trying to bully people into letting you post your BS, if I see someone breaking the rules, I report them as required by those TOS. I gave you fair warning your accusations would be reported, and reported they were. That's not censorship, sweety (and *BONUS* - I knew it would stick in your craw that I took away another one of your lame methods of warding off your many deserved critiques).

Are you telling me the London Underground is not a political movement? Aristotle wasn't Belgian?
Belgium didn't exist before 1815 or so.
So, when Aristotle lived, the set of all countries that are Belgium was an empty set.
By convention, any claim about members of the empty set is .true.
"At the time of Aristotle, Belgium had Aristotle as citizen" is therefore .tru.
Which is equivalent to "Aristotle was Belgian".
q.e.d.

Don’t forget that Vixen is also a one in a thousand intellect, a scientist, an author and an accomplished amateur photographer. I’m sure she’s accomplished in many many other fields of human endeavour.

She is truly a genuine polymath.

She can also see through buildings, but that's more of a superpower.
