The most amusing part of this lunacy by Menard is that he actually seems to believe that his opinions and crackpot theories warrant an actual discussion with the judiciary to talk over the salient points.
The judgement has already explained in great detail how wrong he is yet he believes he can somehow change the judges mind.

At 7:30 we see that the paranoid Bobby actually thinks the judge determined that he, Menard, is a con man and a parasite based solely on reading this forum. Over at WFS we see the mindless Menardian minion, bmxninja 357, aping this point of view.

While the Randi forum and others are mentioned in Meads, Menard and Kannler (a.k.a ninja) yet again present the Dunning–Kruger effect (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dunning–Kruger_effect) by denying the reality that Judge Rooke cites Menard’s posts, letters and YouTubes as the source of his assessment of the latter’s deficient moral character.

Then at 12:37 of his October 5 YouTube Menard says he is going will make public to some material, which he obviously thinks is dynamite “. . . in the event of [his] death or in 30 days, whichever comes first. . .”

The messianic manipulation of stoner WFS cult members aside this means we can expect big things from the otherwise distractible Menard on November 5th.

One wonders if he will recall his calls for mature dialogue in his upcoming diatribe.

The post viewings and discussions have all but stopped, pigpot has actually started a thread to ask why no one is posting and then asked for it to be closed because no one has????
Menard also gave away the fact that no one visits the site by stating that the IP address he was following was the only one to visit the site in several hours.

I wont link to the site due to the fact that Menard is now logging all IP addresses of vistors.
He doesnt seem to realise that in using IP addresses and attempting to link them to other data in order to identify an individual is a breach of the Data Protection Act.
I hope the web Admin are happy with Menards actions.

The first thing every freeman ought to know about Menard is that when they visit his web site their IP address will be logged, tracked and their identity may be made public . . . . just like they do it in North Korea!

The irony of a self styled freeman guru trampling on the privacy of his forum’s visitors isn’t lost on the freeman community. Our subject doesn’t realize that the same concern over lost rights that drove the freeman to his site can just as easily turn on him.

Menard isnt shy about revealling peoples personal information, he did it here in this thread a while back, he posted a photo of someone he alledged was me then when he realised he was wrong he claimed it was all joke and he had permission to post the photo.

The site admin must be in cahoots with Menard to allow him to trace peoples information as Menard himself isnt the web host, he wouldnt put his neck on the line and risk a lawsuit if he revealed information.
Its typical of Menard to post information and then try and get others to break the law by identifying the owner of the IP address.
He hasnt got the guts to do it himself and Im pretty sure even his die hard fans havent missed that display of lack of courage.

Freestyler (the victim of Menards IP revealing) still isnt showing as banned from WFS.(their user name turns black)
Now seeing as Roberts justification for revealling the individuals IP address was that they had no contract with the WFS website because they were a banned member doesnt really hold water.
If as he claimed, he knew all along that the poster was a former banned member then why didnt he ban them immediatly, isnt the fact that Robert responded to the individual concerned on the open forum an act of acknowledging that he accepted that individual as a member?

Its all really academic as Roberts not got the courage of his convictions to do anything with the IP address.
He claims in one breath that I have libeled and slandered him which would mean I had harmed or ruined his reputation yet in the next breath he claims my actions have had no effect on him at all????
