So you claim the right to police and censor all discussions of people you do not know, for the purpose of protecting them from what you think is a fraud, and the perspective you can't seem to grasp, must mean that someone who does is stupid, and those who espouse said perspective is a conman, right?

I invite you to snitch all you want to your Nanny, and tell them how bad and nasty I am. Oh wait, they are just people, too aren't they? They have no inherent right or power to stop me from sharing my perspective, and those who do not choose ignorance by labeling said perspective faulty without examination often find a resonance that causes them to accept it as truth.

And there is NOTHING you can do about it, is there?

Cocana can't govern you without your consent, but the the Government of Canada can. And it has, when it passed these regulations that prevented you from boarding a WestJet flight with your fake ID:

(2) The required identification to take a domestic flight is

(a) one piece of government-issued photo identification that shows the holder’s name, date of birth and gender;

(b) two pieces of government-issued identification, at least one of which shows the holder’s name, date of birth and gender; or

(3) The required identification to take an international flight is

(a) one piece of government-issued photo identification that shows the holder’s name, date of birth and gender; or

Rob, none of us are governing you. In case you haven't noticed, that bit is down to the Canadian government.

None of us allege that the Canadian government requires your individual consent for you to be governed and subject to the rule of law. You allege that.

You further allege that you have successfully withdrawn consent and are not subject to Canadian statutes, except the ones you agree with - which of course brings us straight back to my questions, so I guess I'll have to copy and paste my post again.

Got the evidence that you are immune from all statutory law, except those laws that you agree with? A verifiable court order or letter from the Canadian government should do the trick.

Been telling people that this is what you have achieved? Yes
Been receiving money on the back of it? Yes
Been giving other bogus 'legal' advice and receiving money from that? Yes

Too true. But I wonder where he got the idea that he could send in a Notice exempting himself from traffic laws and then activate a fee schedule when it was ignored?

Don't forget - although he claims to be owed millions, he just hasn't got round to collecting any of it in yet. :D

I guess that applies to his birth bond as well.

As has been pointed out to you before, nobody here has claimed that they can govern you without your consent. The claim that people are objecting to is your claim that the government cannot govern you without your personal consent. Do you not understand that these are not the same situations?

Actually I disagree he has provided something of substance, I think this is an example of you governing Menard without his consent, Oh sure he will say he posted of his own freewill and with his full consent, thats exactly what he says when its a statute he can't get away from.

Rob, this is a forum, on the internet, it isn't a government.

What you need to do is to tell this to someone who is actually in a position to govern you without your consent. Until then it's just an internet tough guy routine.

I would say that JB and many others have brought the failed reality of your false claims to public attention very successfully. I would also suggest that in a certain period of time you will end up in jail.

So if I read the posts at the link correctly this individual managed to turn a minor traffic stop into his car being impounded and and spending time in jail? And is proud of the time and money, his own and that of the taxpayers/criminal justice system, he wasted with his idiocy? :eye-poppi
