Are the rules of the Icke site law or policy?
If they were law then everyone is bound, even people on this site, if its policy then its just the people on Ickes.
Now, if Menard was right then you could have withdrawn your consent to the policy on Ickes and broken the rules with impunity.
However, they believe you broke the rules they banned you regardless of your standpoint.
So, Menard's withdrawal of consent from societies policy simply falls on deaf ears because if you withdraw your consent and stay within the walls of society it matters not what you say, you will be accountable to the policy.
