Well, you know, he has a point. I don't believe you've ever denied being a great white shark either, have you? Or possibly a curious elephant's child? Or a minion of Chthulhu?

I know you prefere to stay under the radar as part of your weird subculture but sooner or later someone is going to take notice of you when you start to become a nuisance.
I am simply trying to make it sooner because you got on my nerves in the past.

Maybe you are licking those boots all by yourself, and projecting your actions and motives onto me. You have at least truthfully admitted to being a boot licker, but now you wish to drag down others with you, and label them as being as low as you. That really is it, isn't it? You simply can't handle people refusing to lick those boots anymore, and you have grown fond of the taste.

At the moment I have $10 and some change to my name and will earn a little more tomorrow by accepting an offer and fulfilling obligations established by others coming to me and asking for help and offering something in return. Tomorrow I am doing yard work. I enjoy it and the people I am working with.

I have sufficient food to last till the end of the week along with an emergency 1 month supply of canned goods and sardines, and lentils and peas and stuff.

I live quite frugally, in a one bedroom bachelor flat, and have one pair of crappy shoes, a pair of work boots, and sandals. The clothes I own I can carry in one bag.

I do have some cool toys and electronics stuff, and some RC gear, but along with herb, tobacco and brew have no other vices.

People who are thieves believe all to be, and people who are greedy and motivated by money alone believe all others are as well. this is why you think what you do. For what you believe is simply not supported by reality, and is only justified when viewed through your own projecting glasses.

So on this point, you are wrong again, and those who know me and have seen how I live, know the truth. As for the funds collected by the sales of those packages that all you bootlicking subjects make constant derisive reference to, I give that to the WFS, and collect only a fraction of what it generates. And I get nothing from memberships.

Then the party is told to show up at court and finds their name is not even on the docket. Of course you will now want evidence that their names were not on the docket, and evidence through transcripts only which of course do not exists.

Of course some of the judges are bullies and some of the people who try it are wimps, and they fold instead of standing their ground, and then blame the information.

If I told you there is remedy, but it has to be applied three times, and you will be tested the first two, would you claim it failed the first time out? See people have been treated in such a manner the have become soft and incapable of proper thinking. They think due to their sense of entitlement that everything should come to them without a fight, sand they should be served, and the idea of having to do it themselves, or taking a risk, is now seen as barbaric.

Want an example of a child arguing? I know I do not have a bank account and would swear to it in a court of law. No account. Can I prove I do not have an account? Can I prove a negative? Of course not. However happy ignorance cannot accept he is wrong, and by this I mean super-duper really truly wrong, so he is reduced to resorting to mere repetition and contradictory statements without any facts supporting them.

I truthfully claim I do not have a bank account.
He however has been sucking on the bankers teats for so long, he simply can't fathom someone NOT having an account. To him, this is impossible. And the reason it is impossible to him, is because he cannot imagine himself living without being a boot licking banker bum boy.

That is why he is now reduced to simple contradictions, insults and pouting.

He did say on Icke's a while ago that he cashes the cheques using one of those walk in "cheque converters" type of agents. In fact he said he was so well known in there that he didn't have to produce any ID anymore.

Considering he also seems to do some sort of construction/yard work/cleaning septic tank type job, it's possible he works on an entirely cash-only basis. That way, he could live without a bank account, and it would also make it easier to avoid paying taxes, as it's simply much harder for the government to track that sort of payment. This sort of underground economy is quite common in some places, and is entirely consistent with his "I'm free so long as they don't notice me!" philosophy.

Of course, once they do notice him, he's in for a world of hurt, but if he's careful, he could go quite some time before that happens. If he dies first, he wins!
 
Any possibility that Menard is a complete con, fake name/assumed name ie he has a 'real' life and this day labourer story is a 'cover'?

Heh. I've been a freeman too, apparently. I made my living for over a decade entirely as a freelance musician. Nearly always paid in cash. Never filed taxes.

Honestly, the CRA doesn't care about minor activity on the fringes of the economy. When I settled down and became a taxpayer, that's when the CRA noticed me, and I have had no problems because of my previous lifestyle. Indeed, I've had to subject my history to intense government scrutiny in order to get a top secret security clearance. No problems at all.

Menard only hurts himself if he wants to stay in the underground economy. Cheque-cashing places are especially bad, much worse than banks. And he's also missing out on all the sales tax refunds he could be getting. More money for weed!

I suppose it would depend on how much he was making. If he's just a day labourer, they probably won't care too much - he might even be below the level at which he'd be paying any taxes anyway. But if he's working as a contractor, he's probably also supposed to collect things like the GST, and they tend to take that more seriously. But again, if he's small enough, they'll probably never notice him.
 
Probably uses a pay-as-you-go credit card (assuming he's not just lying).
 
In Canada how much internet business can you do without having a business or paying taxes on same?
