Oh my, I guess Rob thinks he can withdraw consent from the tax man....

Well I had suggested earlier that he take his fight directly to the courts to 'prove' his concepts. I suspect this might just give him the court case he wants.

The Truth is, he doesn't expect to fool the Commissioner of the RCMP. This is a good example of what Myriad has named the "Masochistic Lie", which isn't a lie intended to be believed by the person it's ostensibly addressed to , but is in fact intended to convince some third party of the liar's position. That is, Menard is actually lying to his Fotler Faithful, to reinforce his image of "fighting the Man".
 
Further I believe this conspiracy goes right to the top and that Stephen Harper either likely initiated these actions, or is aware of them and did nothing to stop the conspiracy, likely for fear of the fact that I have spoken of convening proper lawful courts de jure and seeing him and others face charges within said courts.

He has withdrawn his consent, surely he cannot be arrested :confused:

To be fair, I'm not personally aware of anything he does that is really an arrestable offence. (Not counting smoking pot. But nobody really gets arrested just for that anymore). We know that he doesn't actually practice what he preaches, so he isn't driving around without a license or registration. It's possible that the CRA may have their eyes on him, but unless he's been skipping some tax court dates, he won't be arrested for that. And making a few measly bucks in the cash economy doesn't usually trigger an investigation in the first place. If he's been violating the court order against practicing law in BC, then I don't think the RCMP will be particularly interested in that either. Who knows? I look forward to lulz from the updates.

Fingers crossed they link him to the Sovereign Citizen movement, Im sure he has e-mails from Sheaffer Cox in his inbox ;)

That's a distinct possibility. Given everything that's been happening in the USA lately, he is quite likely a person of interest to the RCMP. In that case, they likely just want to talk to him.

My feeling is that it is a set up and Menard has invented the warrant story.
Next stage will be Menard declaring FOTL victory when police tell him that they have no issue with his actions.
I could be wrong, but I wouldn't trust him as far as I could throw him.
 
I wonder why he hasnt posted it on Ickes... oh yes I know, he has the ban button at his disposal on WFS :rolleyes:

Yes, this is potentially a deft piece of PR on behalf of the Menard FMOTL 'brand'. In an increasingly competitive market place he needs to up the ante. After all St Clair was involved with the Birkenhead County Court shambles. What better than a 'success' story against the tax man?
 
Prominent Freeman unearths conspiracy at the highest level and the Canadian govenment falls. Rob obviously has more influence than we think.

I'd agree on this one. I think whats really going on is Rob's debunkers are doing to good of a job and the sales to his freeman junkets and store aren't as good as they used to be. Of course, when your freeman methods put people in jail they tend to stop practicing it after the first few times (usually - I know we've got a few kooks who have went to jail countless times and still believe).

What better way to rally the faithful than to make up this story? Since there really is no warrant, it will appear to be a genuine victory.

I wonder if this letter should find its way to Ickes site, I dont think Menard wants it on there.
Im banned so I wonder if any concerned FMOTLer may want to share Robs plight with them.;)

Or maybe the non-confidence vote was orchestrated by Harper so that we could have an election, thus distracting us from his persecution of the noble Menard, which would otherwise trigger a slave revolt of the masses that would overthrew the matrix system.

You can never underestimate the diabolical cleverness of our serpentine masters.
