Ed Rob Menard's FOTL Claims

You know if the government tricks you into consenting to their tyranny by the simple means of which words you use, what's stopping them making articles a means of consent?
"I bought a copy of the paper." Oh dear, I just consented twice.

Is it a consumer purchase, is it a necessity?

Well, you can't re-sell it on Kajiji, so I guess so....

Instead we get 8 minutes of "Hey, wouldn't it be cool if you could do this?". WOW. That sure showed us! Stop the freaking presses!

The amazing thing is that there are people out there so utterly devoid of any critical thought whatsoever that they are impressed by this.

My impression of it was they really didn't get what he was talking about. One girl initially thought it might involve her identity being compromised as in identity theft. The other seemed to think he was proposing something like universal healthcare and welfare. I don't think they listened closely enough to understand his spiel, and he didn't explain it very clearly. Without the sort of context we in this thread have, hearing this for the first time while out at a bar would likely be very confusing.

I wonder what they'd think if they tried looking up more information about this and found the video of themselves, with the camera pointed at their chests for a good chunk of the time.

I meant the commenters on his video; in fact half of them are deriding the girls for being anything less than completely won over by Menard's super-convincing presentation of absolutely nothing that so easily impresses them. Bunch of mysogynic lowlives. There's your entourage, Menard. Mustn't you be proud.

Actually I am surprised they were able to even perceive this much; typically cognitive dissonance leads them to mistake incredulity or dumbfoundedness for "Freeman win!" (certainly does seem like Menard did, at any rate, otherwise I have no idea why he uploaded that video)

:) :) :)
I just watched all eight minutes of his "Protest"rubbish.
How can anyone be so wrong about everything?

Menard tries out the con on some Windsor babes.

Just watched that too :)

Love the text at the begining stating that Randi posters are idiots and that D'rok is a loser :)

Another garbage video containing garbage.

I skimmed through the video but it sounds to me like Menard is gearing up to collect money for this scheme. I know he's not around but I'm interested the rationale behind this scheme. He will have to come up with some coherent sounding scheme to fool even the hardcore believers.

I understand Rob has opted out of following Canadian law and this is allowed because he does not accept any of the benefits provided to normal taxpaying members of Canada. I assume that getting all your basic needs paid for by the government is somehow compatible with the idea of not recieving benefits. It's hard to imagine anyone getting more government benefits than freemen if this scheme had any merit. Does this mean they would all now be opting back in and therefore subject to Canadian law again? I assume not, but the explanation is bound to be comical and nonsensical so I hope Menard will answer when he returns here.

Even more comical would be if Menard actually tried to use this scheme at a restaurant or grocery store himself. In fact I would probably be willing to pay to see something like that. Maybe $100 to a registered charity of Rob's choosing if he is willing to videotape his attempts to use this method to pay for a meal at a restaurant, or at Walmart or something? I know Rob would never use this method himself because I'm pretty sure he knows it's nonsense, but it would be very interesting to see.

Has anyone else noticed the Menardian display of class that appears at the top of the consumer con video?

It doesn't matter how many times he makes up an answer to a simple comment, poor old Rob still can't string a set of coherent thoughts together:

But if you're tapping into this money, aren't you in effect admitting that you are a citizen (slave) of Canada? If you are a sovereign, you should stay as far away as you can from their money which is worthless to begin with.

You seem to operate on the assumption that accessing the wealth of the planet and country means I am a citizen/slave? What makes you think it is available only to them? I do not claim to be a Sovereign. I am a Freeman, on the land. As a child your mom gave you cookies, now as an adult we realize we own the bakery. How does claiming the right to some cookies mean we are once again children?

Rob Menard word games - where working class heroes and formally educated professionals come together and go "What a load of twaddle! Let's go get a beer/Tim's!"(This is Canada afterall.)

Menard tries out the con on some Windsor babes. New twist: after setting aside half the money he takes in and paying his salary, he expects to have one billion dollars left over with which to provide interest free loans. This means he expects to collect at least 2 billion dollars. To do so, he must collect $125 per month from at least 16,000,000 Canadians. :eye-poppi That's half of the entire population of Canada.

I guess $250 per year from WFS members (both of them) just wasn't quite feeding his delusions of grandeur.

Nice camera work. Especially around the 6 minute mark.

That vid is just creepy. A middle aged man trying to chat up young girls who are (blonde girl esp) already pretty far gone just makes my hackles rise. Has Mr Menard no sense of social propriety?

In case anyone couldn't understand Robs video about protesting I have located another video that explains it far more clearly.

Lol :)

The wonderful thing about the other video, the "Signing a Bill Creates Money" scam, is that he stood outside a restraunt asking, as usual, silly leading questions... Filming it..... When he could simply go into the restraunt and demonstrate how his silly, (yet again copied), scam will really work in real life!

He has also resorted to adding childish subtitled comments, that can be easily missed, labeling the people who post here as "The biggest idiots on the net" and stating that D'rok is "a stalker".

The two girls clearly had no idea what he was babbling on about, and neither do most people who have never met his particular brand of idiocy.

Rob, hint: The people going into and out of that restraunt are not the marks you seek. Stick to the unemployable paranoid potheads who don't have the money to pay their fines and taxes and who will believe your nonsense until it's time to go to prison.

Your twaddle gets dafter and dafter with each video you post.

Your "research" is becoming embarrasingly more laughable.

You are resorting more and more to regurgitating other peoples' very old scams.

I've lost count of the number of bullet holes you now have in your feet.

Is your ban up yet here? You know... the place you repeatedly get banned from and namecall on your vids?

I think his plan is to actually persuade someone to try it for him, thats why he mentioned the restaurant in his spiel.

You're right he could just walk in and have a meal and then film the results.
I suspect it would end like this

I think his plan is to actually persuade someone to try it for him, ...

But he knows perfectly well it will never work because it's all made-up nonsense he has copied from other conmen.

Or does he, somewhere in his warped imagination, actually believe his own twaddle?

If he believed it... he'd do it himself.

If he doesn't believe it... why does he suggest others do it?

We need a psychiatrist to offer an opinion methinks.
