Dear Mr Triforcharity: (obviously edited for my privacy)
We received a request from you for our IRS form 990 on 7/12/09. While we are incorporated in California as a non-profit corporation we are not at this time a Tax Exempt Corporation (501-C-3). Therefore we have allied ourselves with the Agape Foundation for the purpose of providing our donors tax deductible status. If you would like we will send you their latest 990 form which we understand is complete up through the end of 2007. We have been told that their 2008 form is still in the preparation process. If I can be of further assistance please contact me.
Sincerely,
Tom Spellman
Architects & Engineers for 9/11 Truth
Mr. Spellman,
Thank you for taking the time to write back to me regarding AE 9/11 Truth’s form 990. I would like to receive any form 990 your organization and also from the Agape Foundation.
I would like to ask of you one question. Why have you aligned yourself with an organization that cannot even file their form 990’s in time?? Doesn’t this make YOUR organization look like you are incompetent? I mean, really, they (Agape Foundation) should have filed that paperwork a very long time ago. I know, you have no control over what another company does, but why not light a fire over there. It makes your company look even worse.
Again, I thank you for your time and consideration in this matter.
Regards,
Triforcharity
Dear Mr Triforcharity, (again, edited for my privacy) Attitued! [sic] Ah yes a positive attitude. As I stated clearly to you we do not have to file a 990 and therefore do not have a form 990. I will get you the Agape Form 990.
Peace Tom Spellman
Why haven't you yourself, as a NPO, filed for the 501(c)(3) status from the IRS?? Wouldn't that make your group seem a little bit more legitimate?? Or is it that you are afraid that the finances would become public knowledge?? Hey, I am just asking questions!
Someone marveled why there were 50.
I simply answered the question.
Every physicist, architect, fireman, engineer, pilot, and scientist knows 9/11 did not happen the way the government explained. They just don't have the guts to admit it.
AGAPE'S FISCAL SPONSORSHIP PROGRAM:
Social change organizations working that do not have tax-exempt status with the IRS may apply to be fiscally sponsored by the Agape Foundation. If accepted, their donors can make tax-deductible gifts to Agape, which are then re-granted to the fiscally sponsored organization. The organization must provide detailed reports to Agape on how the funds were spent and Agape's Board of Trustees retains discretion and control over the funds, ensuring that the fiscally sponsored organization uses the funds to further its stated mission.
Agape currently accepts organizations located in the following states: California, Delaware, Idaho, Iowa, Montana, Nebraska, Texas, Vermont & Wyoming.
Please note: Agape does not provide fiscal sponsorship to organizations that provide direct services to individuals. Please visit www.fiscalsponsordirectory.org for information on direct service fiscal sponsors.

Dear Joseph,
Thank you for your message.
Yes, the Agape Foundation's Board of Trustees accepted Architects &

I'm sorry to see your organization is seeking to effect nonviolent social change by promoting rightwing lies.
And then Rules Lawyer Kitty stops by and gavels them for good measure.
