On the AE911Truth Facebook page, they have linked to the latest article announcing the ReThink911 ad. Under that post, Mike Figa has commented:

He is a Biomedical Engineer (M.S.), and his name has appeared in a few AE911Truth articles since September 2012. He has organized speaking events in NYC, and is currently listed an the "Take Action" page as leader of the AE "Magazine and Newspaper Advertising Outreach" Team. On that page, the Team has the following explanation:

This looks like a test run for the ReThink911 fundraiser.

Laura joined the AE911Truth Petition in March 2012. She is listed on the recent AE "Pencils down" post with the email address [email protected] as contact person for groups that want to join the ReThink campaign (phone: 401-578-5505). She also is named as responsible for bringing the ESO movier to iTunes, Hulu and other portals. She has appeared in AE articles since September 2012, too, and hails from Massachussets, like Mike Figa. Seems they showed up as a team.

Yes, because I, too, generally use one small aspect of a massive event to determine what my opinions are, that makes sense.
 
My question is why/how did the inside job conspirators carry out the attacks in a way that totally fooled the vast majority of architects, crash investigators and demolitions experts but didn't fool people with little or no training or experience in those fields? Wouldn't it have been simpler, smarter and safer to have just crashed real planes into the buildings and fooled everyone?

It's almost as if the Truth Movement has no earthly idea what they are talking about but aren't bright enough and/or educated enough and/or objective enough and/or sane enough to realize it.

That's actually an understatement. He went as far as directing and producing the Holocaust denier documentary "Holocaust, Hate Speech & Were the Germans so Stupid?"Here's Lawson's page at the Barnes's Review's "Holocaust Handbooks". Bollocks .. an engineer is an ordinary engineer, and an architect is an ordinary architect. They are not experts, only skilled in general Understanding of the engineering and architecture of the built environment.

I know many architects who have a real understanding of urbanism, or aethetics, but dont have a clue about engineering.

And a few civil and structural engineers who are good at building things but dont really iunderstand how they stand up or fall down.

So the fact that less than 0.2% of architects and engineers support this crazy petition should add no credibility to it.

The ae911 "experts" on the whole have little or no expertiese that give any credibility to their argument, which is why the other 99.98% are happy to ignore them.

If only one of them was asked to speak at an ASCE conference, a CTBUH conference, an IStructE conference or any of the other conferences where real experts speak then they may have some weight.
