Don't be stupid. Jordan is a republican, and thus does not have to follow the same moral code that everyone else does. No need to 'take him down'.
All he has to do is ask god for forgiveness, then he can go back to getting abortion outlawed and letting the Russians control the U.S. elections.

The republican party (and the evangelical Christians who currently support them) have been extremely hypocritical for years now... the same groups that railed endlessly on Bill Clinton for having an affair have decided to give a Mulligan to Trump for his endless moral corruptions. The same party that is trying to end abortion and control women's bodies had a major fundraiser who was paying a playboy playmate following her own abortion. The same party that complained about the use of the 'C' word in describing Ivanka and a joke picture suggesting the death of Trump invites Nugent into the white house, despite the fact that he did those exact same things.
Pointing out the double standards of the Republicans when it comes to matters of morality isn't "partisan douchebaggery". Its something that everyone should be aware of.

I don't think any one party can claim the high road on double standards in this day and age (or any other for that matter). Seems to be par for the course regardless of affiliation.

That may unfortunately be true of what happens in the world, but not always, and whatever your political position the fault lies with individuals and not political philosophies, and it does not invalidate theprestige's position on the subject. I'm about as liberal as theprestige is conservative, and I sure as hell would not like to be held responsible for the moral failings of everyone who wears that hat.
Here we are lamenting hypocrisy and moral degeneracy, and presented with a very conservative person who objects to those things, it does not seem appropriate to yell at him for them. If there's going to be any real change, it's going to come from the inside. Don't bash theprestige. Give him the hammer.

Historically that seems to be how things like this turn out.
He wasn't just anyone: he was their coach. I don't think it's asking a lot of people in a position like that they be held ethically, if not legally, responsible for the well-being of individuals under their tutelage.
If there's anyone that would've been in a position to ascertain the veracity of allegations and rumors about "inappropriate behavior" like this, to any reasonable degree, it would presumably be him.

Jordan has an excuse -- as a wrestling coach, he knows that wrestlers occasionally grab opponent's genitalia by mistake in the heat of a battle. Apparently he thought that doctors make the same mistake.

That's a bit of a cheap shot. There were some pretty clear divides in the Republican Party regarding Moore. Certainly not every Republican supported Moore.

I saw on CNN that Jordan thinks the timing of this, with his pressing the DoJ on releasing Russia is suspicious. No, it's not suspicious, it's obvious. Yes, the Democrats likely went digging after his little blow up with the Deputy AG and found the skeleton in his closet. PROTIP: If you tolerated the sexual abuse of young men you coached while wrestling, maybe don't run for Congress.
These are Ohio State University wrestlers? Weren't they adults when this allegedly occurred? When I was 18 no one touched me unless I wanted to be touched. And yes it's still that way. Why didn't these very fit WRESTLERS not allow the doctor to touch them? If higher ups weren't doing anything, the young men could easily have stopped the Dr. and backed each other up. What am I missing, seriously?
