Bubba knows better. USCG PO Burgun never said that JFK Jr. "radioed FAA"- this was discussed with Bubba five years ago- the only contact was radar contact.

Not so fast....Five years ago I didnt catch this nuance regarding radio or radar....

In Hankey's video, as the Boston newswoman introduces the story for her audience, Burgun is waiting on her phone line, live. It seems clear she had just heard him say that there was communication with flight controllers. Then, she brings him on air. She repeats what he had told her off air. You can see that she is being careful to get it right. Burgun confirms her statement with "Correct....That is correct".

That was on Boston TV late news, an hour or two after the plane went down, and half a day before Roark said there was no contact with any airport.**(see correction at bottom.)

Newswoman repeats what Burgun told her, and Burgun confirms.

Here are their exact words:

Introducing Burgun, the newswoman begins her report, explaining:

"We have been told by the Coast Guard that in fact there is now evidence of a last communication last night with JFK Jr's plane as it was making an approach to M V airport. Petty Officer Todd Burgun joins us from the C G base in Boston.


Newswoman: What can you tell us about this last communication with JFK Jr's plane?"

Burgun: "All I really know is it was at 9:39 and it was with the FAA, and it was on its final approach to M V"

Newswoman: "So at 9:39, to the best of your information, JFK Jr made a contact with the airport, with the flight controllers..."

Burgun: "Correct'

Newswoman: "...the air traffic controllers at M V airport, that he was on a final descent."

Burgun: "That is correct."

That conversation is supposed to be about radar contact?

I dont think so.

With Burgun listening, she said "...a last communication last night with JFK Jr's plane", and "...made a contact with the airport, with the flight controllers......the air traffic controllers at M V airport, that he was on a final descent.""......Burgun doesn't correct her. He doesnt stop her and say it was radar, not communication with the FAA flight controllers. He just says "Correct".

My impression is that Burgun was informed by FAA, not from the M V airport flight controllers. It probably came from an FAA officer, before the cleaners were put in place on phones and cameras. Burgun was Coast Guard Boston's Public Information Officer. He was replaced with a C G officer that told a reporter asking about tower contact: "I have no information and the FAA is a better point of contact."


Official transcripts are not the only source of utterances from Burgun & Roark.

If you wanna hear it, the Burgun conversation starts at 19:40. Roark is heard later in the video. (lying about the radar).

In light of the NY Times Roark quote "I saw nothing unusual", and Roak's own audio 'nothing pinpointed', I should think the following item deserves some updating.

So we're clear, JFK jr was murdered to clear the way for Hillary to run for the US Senate even though he wasn't planning on running for political office of any kind. A fact which he repeatedly stated whenever he was asked, which was often.

And this worthless Youtube video starts from a false assumption and then uses initial reporting (which is almost always wrong) instead of the final NTSB report (which has time to verify information with MULTIPLE SOURCES) like every other hair-brained CT ever.

This CT is also based on the lie that JFK Sr was murdered as part of a conspiracy, which he was not.

They also love to make hay out of officials using non-official/colloquial terms when making statements in the media. Usually this is at the behest of a newsroom producer during pre-interview because "nobody knows what that stuff means."

I don't have to explain it, the NTSB did that long ago. Just because a bunch of alcoholics with masturbatory Kennedy fantasies refuse to believe that JFK Jr. was dumb enough to fly without an instrument qualification at a time of day when he should have known he'd lose the horizon and VFR and that cost him his life (as it has too many civilian pilots over the years) doesn't mean that I or any intellectually responsible person has to address every slack-jawed, paranoid theory that wafts out of the CT outhouse.

2.His father, JFK, was not killed as part of a conspiracy.
3. His uncle, Ted Kennedy, held a lot of power in the US Senate (as witnessed by the US Navy sending the USS Grasp to recover the aircraft and bodies, something usually handled by state law enforcement and local salvage), and he was no fool.

In the video footage of the Pentagon briefing they introduced Roark as THE EXPERT. I dont recall exactly, they said something like he was the lead instructor at USAF Search and Rescue School

For hours, Roark had the N-Tap showing the near vertical descent, increasing to velocity before dropping off radar, a few miles out.

Where final approach would begin, radar had him coming down from 3000 feet to 2200, then correcting back up to 2500, at about 9:38:50 PM. Then came the dive and crash.

The reporters in the room knew Roark had the N-Tap for hours. They pressed Roark about it.

Q: Colonel Roark, Martha Raddatz from ABC. ABC is reporting today that the plane possibly went into a dive about 19 miles off the coast of Martha's Vineyard. Does that mean the search will start focusing right there and you will pull away from say Long Island or other areas you're searching? Or will you pretty much go about what you're doing?

Lt. Col. Roark: We'll continue on the same track that we're on which is to search the entire area. We have nothing that absolutely pinpoints one area as opposed to another so we can't rule out the entire flight.

Q: Are you hearing those reports at all about 19 miles off Martha's Vineyard? The radar indicated that at some point the plane may have gone into a dive.

Lt. Col. Roark: The radar position is just a last possible position and it can't even be confirmed that it's "the" aircraft we're looking for, so again, we can't rule out any other areas."

If the radar report was available at 5AM, Roark and (how many?) other experts had hours to study it before his afternoon briefing...and Roark wont even send a small plane or helicopter to look there?

a NY times Sunday Metro 8/18/99 article stating "At about 5AM Air Force investigators were provided a radar track of a plane that had followed the Kennedy plan's assumed route and time of flight..."....."It looked like a normal flight to me," said Colonel Roark, "It looked like it was on its descent. I didnt see anything unusual."...

Linda Killian from People Magazine questioned Lt. Col. Steve Roark, the director of the U.S. Air Force's National Search and Rescue School at the time and former director of the Air Force Rescue Coordination Center, on TV about the time discrepancy regarding official notification of the missing plane. Raw uninterrupted static cut her off before she could even finish the question. This question never got answered and never got asked again and never got any mention in any media outlet.

Suppose you were in Roark's position, THE EXPERT, having the N-Tap for hours, how would you have answered the reporters? This is why I think you have to explain Roark.

I've always wondered why CTists claim certain people, the Clintons for example, have all of this ungodly power yet when confronted with someone like Ted Kennedy, who had considerable documented political reach the CTists claim it's impossible.

Anyone who has spent more than five minutes reading real US political history knows that you do not screw with the Kennedys.

No, that's not how it works here. If I were to make a similar claim, like ghosts and bigfoot are real I would then have to prove my case, not challenge other people to prove me wrong. That's just mobile goal-post material.

Here's your main problem. The NTSB found that JFK Jr's radio was set to the wrong frequency so the claim that he had contacted Martha's Vineyard is a lie.

Kennedy was looking for land and lost his concentration and in doing so he pushed the yoke forward while searching the non-existent horizon. This is what caused his plane to dive and he wouldn't have caught it until it was too late.

There is only one idiot postulating this nonsense which tells everyone what they really need to know.
