Cont: Qanon Conspiracy Theories Part Two

No, I think that true conspiracists never give up. There is no reality vivid enough to crease their brows. I predict that QAnon will be just too perversely stubborn to die.

I think it's a case of both. Trump's true devotees will never go away as long as he is alive, so there will always be "QAnon" in that sense. But I think Matthew's prediction will come true to an extent as well. There are many followers who were attracted to QAnon because it amplified conspiracy theories they already believed in, and they will move right on after Trump's fall whatever shape it takes.

We've seen that QAnon is willing to transform itself to capture wider audiences. I think they're not above ripping off any stupid idea that appears in the conspiraverse, as they did with pizzagate and anti-covid baloney, and making it their own. This could help them stay prominent.

Oh I absolutely agree. That is how QAnon transformed over time from "Trump fighting Clinton and her Democrat friends who are criminals because emails and Benghazi and Fake Russia Hoax" into "Trump fighting Clinton and the global Jew-funded satanic child-molesting-and-eating cabal" to begin with. As long as you're willing to generally agree on who the bad guy is, all are welcome at Camp QAnon. It's how you get Tippit, for instance, who claims not to trust Trump at all but nevertheless is still dutifully right here in this thread happily carrying QAnon's water.

I think that when Trump ultimately fails, QAnon may well lose its branding as such because "QAnon" will have lost some internal credibility; there's no helping that. But Q followers have hitched their wagon to Trump because he fills a very specific want/need for them. That want/need is still going to exist when Trump is gone; so yeah, they will persevere, whether as "QAnon" or under some other identity.

The pretentiously called "The Great Barrington Declaration" is based on assumption which go against the observed facts - it's as simple as that.

It assumes that herd immunity is possible without a vaccine - unlikely, given the cases of reinfection.
It assumes that at-risk people can be identified and isolated - has not worked in any country.
And it assumes that the economy would work just fine if we just accepted the sickness and death of a significant number of the population.

In short, it's pretty insane.

With any luck we'll find out very soon what will happen when Trump fails. In any case, I don't think there will be a shortage of Trump-related conspiracist crap for some time to come.

Won't they just switch the story to 'Trump has lost a battle with the evil Cabal, but not the war' and continue the belief he is going to triumph in the end or will his losing a deliberate act to get the Democrats into office where he can effectively 'trap' them all or some other nonsense?

I suspect if he loses he will start his re-election campaign for 2024 on January 21st.

There are many directions for QAnon to steer the narrative, one being that Trump is more effective working behind the scenes, as if he were ever effective at anything in his life beyond being a liar and a douche. Conspiracist fantasies aren't limited by reality, so any stupid thing is possible.

I'd be surprised if Trump has the stomach for returning to office, though. I don't expect that he'll outlive all the lawsuits coming his way.

Yeah, I don't know but I'll bet a skull full Quatloos that if he loses he'll try to get back into office.

Remind me fellas

How did Fauci know there would be a "surprise outbreak" during the Trump administration, when he said that at Georgetown U in 2017?

I forgot how you explained that one.

I do recall someone explained that Fauci conducted "gain of function" work on Corona, which makes a benign virus more virulent, so we can study it and develop countermeasures.

OMG, you cracked it. Fauci created the 'rona in league with Bill Gates and the Martian child trafficking mob. They're going to put microchips in our nutsacks so we breed compliant child sex slaves.

Or ... wait ... what the hell are you talking about? What needs explaining? Everyone knew a pandemic was coming because they always do. These things are predictable by smart people. Only a jackass like Trump would defund the US global pandemic team a few months before coronavirus hit. There's your villain.

He didn't. That's why you didn't post a quote. What you did do was link to a 30 minute conspiracy video on the Brighteon conspiracy theory website, that you haven't watched yourself.....

Brighteon is an internet information hosting service which allow users to post content, including videos, comments, descriptions, and other materials.[1] It was started by Natural News founder Mike Adams.[2] The founder's association with conspiracy theories has led to links to the site being banned by FaceBook.

Obviously the first rule of Bubba links is, you don't click Bubba links.

Here are Fauci's actual comments from his Georgetown speech from a real source. It's fairly obvious that he wasn't speaking about the current COVID-19 situation. He is clearly saying that there will be a challenge to the Trump administration in the area of infectious disease because there are challenges to all administrations in the area of infectious disease.

Obama conquered his challenges in this area. Trump failed.

Lou Dobbs, the N Y Post, Tucker Carlson, Tony Bobulinski, Trump, Melania, and I are all Russian agents !

The FBI are Russian agents because they interviewed Bobulinski for 6 hours.

"The big guy" is Trump, not Biden

The technical term is: "Useful Idiots".

1) The SVR and GRU ( Russian Foreign Intelligence services) have officers and not "agents"

2) An "agent" is someone, with information, who supplies that information to foreign intelligence officers.

3) None of the people you listed have any useful information.
