Funny -- I always thought the guy was singing about being constipated (like a rock!). Sure sounded like it.

Actually, the metal the bracelet is made of Unobtainium. As that metal and it's properties were fully described in its' advertising video (called "The Hole",if memory serves) I won't repeat, save to note that joining the ends is one method of generating huge quantities of energy per said video - and all that energy would be concentrated in your wrist.
