This thread has many examples of what I call "mindless Anti Establishementism".
Where anybody or anything seen to be "Anti Western Establishment" is embraced regardless that is might be much worse then anything the Western Establishment has come up with.

Can't comment on that, but having seen their performance outside the games.... They are awful, and calling the "singing" they do Punk is both an insult to singing and punk. Sid would be turning in his grave.

I agree that the group is "bad" in terms of the music they do....it's like dragging nails across a chalkboard.....but they should have a perfect right perform their crap,as long as they don't force people to listen to it.

And some of their stunts, such as public fornication, I could really do without. Doesn't make them false-flag frauds. Personally, I think their hearts are in the right place.

Do punks get to be sentimental?

If I understand the ethos of punk correctly then getting Sid to turn in his grave should be the whole point.

Otherwise it sounds too much like the nihilists in TBL whining "It's not fair; you broke the rules!"
