Prison for driving with flintlock pistol?

It was a response to your admitted violation of the law with regards to your transport of firearms.

OK thanks.

Since you actually asked me two questions but it turns out that you do not actually have any questions for me,
then I will not bother answering your questions since you were never actually asking me questions to begin with.

That all makes perfect sense now.

It is just that negligence with a firearm is held to only be when drunk via case law. No matter how stupid ones actions are while sober they are not viewed as negligent.
Demonstrably false, you really should stop making stuff up. Can you make your case with actual facts? If not, perhaps you're position is one based on emotion and belief and not critical thinking?

I would honestly be shocked if killing your neighbors would be enough to force someone from stopping using their jurry rigged firing range in a trailer park in Florida. It seems unlikely.
At least now we know there is a point you'll start being honest.

So why shouldn't we believe the prosecutors stated reasons for ignoring this case?

And it seems that there were drugs involved as well. So does the possession of this weapon matter when added to other crimes?

Man this is a unique case.

On one hand I'm rolling my eyes at the charges for a firearm, on the other, I'm half wondering now if the gun was not used as a method of circumventing gun laws. (its possible to me he could threaten someone with it using the logic that police are unlikely to believe someone if they were to claim to be threatened with an antique).
