Prime Ministerial Debates- Thread

An immigration question? Another repeated almost verbatim from last week?

Sky News have made a real mess of this debate. This second half has been a complete waste of time.

David Cameron seems to be ignoring the fact that the Poles are now leaving.

Jesus Dave, do try to keep up. Oh wait, that was a lie by you, wasn't it?

the attempt to conflate immigration with organised crime is not what I would call sensitive

Back where we used to be? When the soviets wouldn't let anyone out?

We've had a foreign policy debate with

1) no questions on international development
2) no questions on our trans-national anti-terrorist strategies
3) no questions about Iran
4) no questions about our relationship with the US
5) no questions on climate change multilateralism
6) no questions on torture or rendition
7) no questions on Israel/Palestine

We didn't even have a question asking about our exit strategy from Afghanistan.....

pathetic.

chop public spending then ask the services how many immigrant they can cope with, I think

Old tory trick: make sure you can blame someone else

Oh, and Clegg swipes Cameron's legs away AGAIN.

Good lord alive David Cameron is useless. Michael Howard or IDS couldn't have done much worse.

That 'Foreign Affairs' debate was very poor.

Who the hell chose those questions?

Overall I think

Brown and Clegg about equal.

Cameron biiig loser tonight.

I#d agree with that. I'd give Clegg a very very slight edge.

What the hell is Cameron smoking? He's on about frightening people again!

Cameron reusing the 'Frightening people' thing. He was obviously advised to get that in for some reason.

even his closing statement is poor: is ken clarke fresh new leadership? Are his personal values relevant in any way at all?
