Again Dave, how will the Government know if someone knocks back work? Sounds good but pretty much unworkable.
Because they know what jobs you applied for and can trace things from there. The gaming is more likely to involve only applying for jobs there is no way you are going to get.

Do they? The jobcentre advertises quite a small percentage of jobs out there (and an even smaller percentage give the stats back to the jobcentre). They have no way of knowing what job offers you receive.
